“On line advice regarding best buy for the size of a 30x20 room... excellent service, prompt delivery, and a brilliant choice of log burner which hasnt gone out in over 20 days!!! Again they even advice how to stoke thr burner... amazing price.. i couldnt be happier”

“Customer service was noticeable by its absence. Blatant lies (different ‘stories’ from different team members). Delivery was a joke. 5 days? Try 3 months. Check honest reviews before buying.”
