While we were on vacation, we heard from a woman in your office who called to say I have found a cheaper policy for you. I told we had already paid the premium and wished she had let us know sooner. This year, please investigate a cheaper policy for us sooner than later. Thank you.”

“This Company strings you along. After getting our business back in 2021, by saying that they will pay a dividend of 30% if you have no claims, the fine print says that they don't have to pay it. Of course, they continue to say that it will be coming, but they are about a year past the promise. It is completely deceptive and dishonest. They answer the phone and are easy to reach, but getting any actual action is impossible. Additionally, after their own delay, they charged us a late fee. They swore they'd get that refunded, but it never happens. I'd steer clear of them.”
