Joined Green Flag a month ago after a big issue with the the AA after 33 years membership !
I had a flat battery and called Green Flag. The call was answered within 20 seconds and was told a mechanic would be with me within 90 minute but arrive 30 minutes later sorted the problem and was friendly.
1/3 the price of the AA and the service was just as good !

Don’t work with this company ever! My car broke down on the M1 and I am waiting for my car to be delivered to my garage last two days. They changed the delivery time each time I called them. Unprofessional company!

Renewed my policy without my authorisation even though I requested my policy not to be renewed.
Now I’ve been 2 days into he phone for 2 days to request my full refund and cancellation and guess what they won’t even pick up their phone calls. What a bunch of incompetents fraudsters stay away front them 🤬

I just want thank Green Flag for their very prompt service today , I had a call back within minutes to see if I could sort the issue out by one of the technicians taking me through how to fix the problem, couldn’t be resolved so advised would send someone out , text message came through straight away advising will be by 16.
