“Scammers, 100%. We rented a car from them in Ireland. We returned the car in perfect condition, they claimed that there was a scratch on a tire which would make the car dangerous to drive and they have to change it. When we asked to speak to the manager and he came to check the car he said that was nothing and when figured that everything else was perfect got silent and left. When we talked to the company later saying that the manager said there was no issue, they replied that he didn't say anything like that to them and they charged us ~400 EUR.”
