I ordered drake disc and pads On line because I couldn't get to your shop after giving you the Registration of the car you gave me the wrong pads I want into your shop I want into your shop and complain and the assistant only tried to give me the same one's I had to go to another shop to buy as I bought them on line I am having problems getting a refund the other shop had no problems

Went to return parts I ordered online to my local GSF depot and to be told I have to get a reference number online which is absurd and they can't take the part without it. I've emailed the company to request this reference number still waiting for it. Surely should be able to return parts to local stores

Order my parts using my vehicle reg , set of front brake pads , it never said there was other sizes or fitting so ordered a set they come pretty quickly ! They didn't bloody fit , i looked at sending them back but it said they had to be in original packing. I had to unpack them to fit them ! So yeah fantastic !

I purchased on line and the wrong item was sent despite me sending the registration. Went to my local store to return and they would exchange then, even though they had the item in store. I was told to write to GSF and request a return number which I have done twice and still no response, 2 weeks after the purchase. Verybpoor customer service.

Whenever I try to order from gsf it's either Not available. Doesn't arrive . What message regarding additional information address is next door to a company owned by gsf..midland chandler's!!!! Will just order elsewhere..

Very very poor service. Ordered wipers. They sent me wrong ones. Then told me to return them at my own cost. Then ignored all my emails. Need to train their staff in customer service

Your return policy is dreadful. I ordered a part that was promised for next day delivery but didn't arrive until the following day which was too late as my Mechanic was waiting and had to get it elsewhere. I drove a 25 mile round trip to return the part to Farnham where I was told I couldn't return it as i didn't have a Return Authorisation Reference, as it has to go to Birmingham. I was given a number to call (0121 626 7971) but after calling it sevreral times a precorded message told me no one is available to take your call. I had to email and waited until the next day before getting a RAR then driving back again for 25 miles to return the part to be told expect up to 10 days to receive your money, funny as your money disappears from your account in seconds when you buy it!! I was dealt with Mr R Barnes in your Farnham store on both occasions, professional gentleman, very apologetic and extremely helpful in trying to resolve this for me. Overall a really disappointing service, with a lot of my time and money wasted, my mechanic has always used GSF and has advised me to stay away from Euro Parts, not sure if that will be the case moving forward.

Never had a problem with them before always gone in store great service However online is shambles!!!! Missing an item and I can not contact anyone speak to anyone nothing, call and get told all busy or to call back when they’re open, emails don’t get responded to so I have had to order my missing part from elsewhere and now I’m £50 down after buying a part twice in store say they don’t deal with online orders

Tried to order a battery 3 times, every time it didn't process properly even though my account was charged. Gone elsewhere to make my purchase
