I was gifted a Diana for my 70 birthday; a surprise. Recently we had a break-in. And my handbags were stolen. So my goddaughter flew to Memphis, from Miami to help me celebrate, and deliver the Diana. I carried the handbag once to dinner the next evening, and once to church. A total of two times. I noticed after the second time there was some discoloration on the smaller straps. I contacted customer care via the 800# and was advised they would have someone call me from the nearest store. But I had to call three times before someone texted me about the handbag. A Meghan from the Nashville store started a discussion with me about the issue. She offered to send me a shipping label for "customization", but that was not my biggest concern. I informed Meghan that I preferred to travel the 3 1/2 hour drive to the store. After many texts and questions Meghan thought I should speak with a more experienced associate. It took 3 days for him to reach out to me.. An Andrew texted me, and I gave the specifics of the issue. He then called me and we spoke about the defects and customization. He placed me on hold and verified the purchase. Then he consulted with his manager; per Andrew. I was advised that he would place a handbag on hold for me until December 27, 2022. He instructed me to bring the handbag in and he would exchange it for a new one. When I arrived in the store I had to wait for 42 minutes before Andrew assisted me, Meghan begin to share that she would set - up the monogram machine to make it ready. She examined my handbag and I showed her the discoloration. Andrew finally examined my handbag and acknowledged the discoloration. He went away to consult with his manager, he returned and informed me that an exchange was Not possible. I asked to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian male came over and examined my handbag also. And informed me that I had caused the damage to the bag and he would Not honor the promise Andrew made to me. I called my goddaughter at that time and she also spoke with the manager. He was very condescending, and rude. I witnessed another customer exchanged her bags while I was waiting on Andrew, and it was in terrible condition. Of course I understood that as a women of color I was not afforded the same treatment or empathy for my situation. During the 40 minute wait, I noticed that the ** clients were offered champagne and none of the clients of color were offered anything, including myself. Andrew informed me that the handbag would "automatically" become "discolored" from just carrying it. So No problem... I was very very disappointed for wasting my valuable time, the dishonesty and poor professionalism. They are in need of Diversity training immediately! Thank you.

About last evening: I am thankful to God that I had someone with me yesterday at Gucci Aventura to witness the events. I simply went to return shoes that were purchased for me. I had my receipt, and the shoes were unworn . The lady who identified herself as a msnager, Dawn tried get me to purchase more items in exchange for the purchase of the shoes. I refused. I was NOT in the shopping mood, and I'm funny..You will never see me consistently buying the same brand. This woman proceeded to tell me how to spend my money and what other clients do. That's when I told her I didn't need to be advised on how and what to do with my money. THEN she came back and said there was a 14 day return policy...I never knew this because whenever I purchase, it's usually online. In this case there is a 30 day return policy. I normally would have made an exchange, but to be honest with you, I didn't see anything I wanted. I was tired, didn't feel well, and wanted to leave. The woman gave me a paper and told me I had to leave my shoes at the store and call Client Services. She refused to give me Client Services number. That's when I took a picture of her and called her ugly. She said, "I'm calling the police so I suggest you hurry up and get out." That's when things turned up..I was FURIOUS! I decided to stay right there. I never got loud. Never used profanity . No threats. She was simply upset because I didn't want to buy anything from Gucci. Facts: Not one Gucci employee including security came to this woman's defense which probably means she's rude and nasty to everyone. If my skin color was white, this never would've been an issue, and the police never would've been called. The police said, " This is a BS call." Give her the shoes and the number to Client Relations. I'm thankful to my parents who never feared anyone, and taught me to fearlessly stand up for myself. There's not one soul on this earth I'm afraid to express my concerns to or about. I stand my ground in every instance and will not back down, excepting mistreated. I didn't do anything wrong. ..Clearly, this was a case of pure, nasty, unadulterated racism. I am NOT done with KAREN or Gucci who hired and retained her!

They still don’t know where my package is when their standard shipping policy says 3 to 5 days . Its already weeks now . I DIDNT GET MY PACKAGE YET. I am shaking . Very very very worst service ever. Customer service is the worst. My package got delayed for weeks . It was supposed to be a gift . I really regret ordering from gucci online. They dont have any standards according to the brand. I will not recommend anybody wasting money on this brand . The worst high end brand ever. If anyone wants to buy anything from gucci. Please think twice and read these reviews of people who have had worst experiences with gucci. Anyways I will never forget this day . Now i have nothing to gift to my husband on his first birthday after our wedding. 😭😭

Men's GG Supreme slide sandal I bought this sandals for my husband, he wore it twice and it started peeling, we sent it to Gucci in Macy's and was told we have to pay over $90 to have it repaired,

Needless to say, my family and I have been customers of the esteemed brand for years and have never faced such damage, especially to a leather good item. Noticeably, this is not a damage inflicted by a customer but a natural one done due to perhaps terrible quality and make of the shoes themselves. How can genuine leather goods tear themselves apart? Leather items especially from Gucci, LVMH & Hermes Houses are made to last a lifetime. I am not sure how to feel about this as this has more or less made me question the entirety of the Gucci name? How could the Italy office refuse to take responsibility and accountability- this reflects on poor luxury client relationship management along with disastrous quality of genuine leather items. Both Prada & LV have repaired the few times with zero questions asked. To shortly conclude, if Gucci wants to maintain their haute couture image they should present themselves like one. Or else one might as well get shoes from a junior brand since they are going to tear away in 5 years or less anyway.

I ordered my sister the Double G earrings with black crystals. I was charged the 380 (including shipping) for the item. Delivery was fast, but what I was sent was the double G stud earrings for a fraction of the price! The tag that they sent with it even said they were the crystal ones. Some idiot must’ve thought I wouldn’t notice? Anyway, customer service was horrible, it took weeks for them to respond to me to assist me. Very disappointed. I did eventually receive my refund but I expected more from such a “high end” brand. Scammers for sure

I ordered some shoes from Gucci however upon arrival, after trying them on for 10 minutes, I realised they were not comfortable! I packaged them up and off they went to Italy! A week later I get an email saying they will not refund me as the shoes have shown sign of wear!! I had them on for a maximum of 10 minutes, in my home, on carpet! After arguing with them, they shipped them back..... and shock, when they returned there was absolutely no sign of wear!! Just a way to get out of refunding people!! Stay away from this high end brand! Useless!

I bought a crossbody bag from Gucci. I only wore it once and the tassel that zips the purse fell off. The clasp that hold the tassel wasn’t closed all the way. Now I don’t have a tassel. I reached out to customer service, emailed me receipt, pictures and everything and NO RESPONSE!!!! Lois Vuitton is sooooooo much better than me!!!!!! Louis Vuitton gives you Awesome customer service and follow up with you.
