Giuseppe is the best associate to have at Gucci- Milano Flagshilp, Via Monte Napoleone, 7A. Best shopping experience. He is very helpful. Must visit this world’s 2nd largest Gucci store in Europe/World.

I took my bag to be fixed at the Gucci location in Charlotte NC from the time I stepped in the store the staff was amazing the Saleswomen that helped me was so nice and explained the process we talked, laughed. I received an e-mail from Kennedy she explained everything to me and was wonderful they are truly on TOP of the game. Thanks a lot GUCCI for hiring such AMAZING STAFF!!!!!!

personally, my experience with Gucci was excellent but however I do have some guide lines for people, try not but from a non secure website it may be slightly cheeper but at the end of the day its not worth it. at the end of the day it's up to you, you make have dis colour, faulty zippers dis-dressed fabric and all the above. overall Gucci was very helpful to me when I was looking online to what id buy in the store and I got a personal consultant to help me as I was looking we were texting through the website and he gave me hands on information about the product I was buying. I would recommend the store to the people who are going to buy in the future!

I had gone to gucci to get a belt and the poeple treated me so nice , they offered water and drinks and she was so nice even if the store was full of people . Even the gard was nice he smiled and i came in and when i went out .

I live in Sydney and I had to take back a pair of Gucci shoes I bought in Honolulu, which I was advised to do because Gucci has an international warranty programme. I would like to commend the services of Raphael at the Castlereagh Street store. He was thoroughly competent, thoughtful and extremely polite in dealing with the matter, and I can only say Thank You to Gucci for your wonderful staff, and the incredible service you offer. Have brought presents for family and I must say one of the best places to buy somthing that makes anyone smile of how beautiful it is you feel very special wearing it and Gucci has always delivered on time customer service is excellent as always ring them to make sure my order is all okay one ordered

Ok-I went to Gucci.com and order a belt for my wife for our anniversary(37yrs) and it asked if I wanted it as a Gift so I hit enter-it prompted me to a 3rd party web site 4gifts then it was telling me to to do all types of things and my wife would have to claim that order(I'm not a computer guy and it was confessing, so I canceled to order. I called back spoke with 3 spoke different people and they told me the order was canceled and the refund would be added back on my c/c but I never gotten a notification to my email. So I called back and spoke with a young man and he told me he was very sorry but they did not cancel the order(again I spoke with 3 people before speaking with him and they told me different)so he stated to me he will take care of it and he did. he gave me his # and told me I can call him back if I have any questions.(the other people did the same thing gave me there # but when I called them they would not answer or call me back)but he answered and answered all the questions I had. Bought belt for the wife for Christmas. Love the belt but I ordered to large, problem is I ordered early for Christmas and we celebrate late in London. Tried to return but passed the window, so since I'm stuck with a $500 belt my wife still wants one, I asked for a promotional code and was big no, I even said give me 5% or even a discount for future purchase, and a big no. Disappointed and kills me to have to purchase again. FYI owned by Kering out of France in 2019 13.1 Billion in sales EUR.

Will be switching to only purchasing at Chanel and Versace. At least those companies have never hesitated to make right with the customer when you make so many purchases but then you are shipped one or two shipments that go wrong-- at least they appreciate loyal customers. I have spent so much money at Gucci since I was a younger child-- my family and myself. You will see Gucci's true colors when you make a new account with no purchase history, they treat you like the lowest of the low because you look "new" to their brand. I honestly wonder if they would be more considerate if they say how much my family has spent at their store over the past ten years. And never once did we complain about any purchases made until recently. They shipped me shoes that had been clearly worn, and they can't even offer any form of compensation for the month I waited to receive the shoes, or even a clear apology for sending a pair that is not up to their quality standards. You would think they would apologize and say- sorry for the long wait, and shipping you faulty shoes, and offer a gift certificate to make up for their unprofessionalism. But no, they'll ask you want you would like to have done-- I asked to have the shoes shipped back and repaired so I could keep them, and they deny you. Then you ask another alternative and they deny you. Absolutely awful customer care when there is a problem with an order. The workers are nice and considerate but the brand itself in management is completely lacking and I will not longer be interested in purchasing from Gucci. Chanel and Versace has my business from here on out.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a purse which I had the monogram of my initials put on it. I was headed out of town for a party so I placed my order in time but it did not come until the day before I was due to fly out. When the purse arrived, it had the correct monogram but the wrong purse. The bag they sent was almost $600 less than the one I purchased. I was still charged for my original order. When I called to explain my situation, the service rep explained that it is a process to the return because of the monogram. I explained to them and even sent a picture of the bag I received but I was made to feel as though I did something wrong. I never received any empathy, I only received harsh conversations as though I wanted an exchange because I changed my mond about the purchase which should still be handled with the upmost respect. It took about 3 weeks to get the purse back into their warehouse which I had the bag sent back the very next day after I received the return email. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever received from a purchase I have made. I believe I would've received better customer service from Target. Also, they never sent the correct bag to me, they gave me a refund and they only way I knew was because I received an email from my means of payment...not Gucci. I just wanted what I paid for, not a refund which I made it clear but they refused to do it the way that I asked. I really felt as though I was not important although I spent $3000. I expected a lot better experience because I am treated so well when I go into my store n Scottsdale by my rep Pedro.

The worst client service and service resolution I have ever experienced. Bought a pair at one of their flagship store at MBS Singapore for my wife. Used shoe only twice and sole started to disintegrate into pieces . Gucci claimed this is wear n tear and refused to provide any solution. Good luck with trying to resolve anything with this Brand. Will never use any of their product because they don’t stand for their brand and at their prices you will be better off with something else.

A Disheartening Experience with Gucci: Poor Customer Service and Disputed Exchange I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Gucci, and I feel compelled to share my distressing encounter. I purchased a Gucci scarf as a Christmas gift for my wife, expecting the premium quality associated with the brand. However, upon unwrapping the gift, we discovered that the scarf was damaged. Hoping for a quick resolution, we contacted Gucci's customer service on Boxing Day. Much to our dismay, they did not address our concerns properly and insisted on pursuing a repair route, contrary to our explicit preference for an exchange. After expressing our dissatisfaction and requesting a return, we were disheartened to receive an email a week later stating that the scarf had been used and was being returned to us. This accusation is not only false but also insulting, as the scarf was never worn, and we were merely seeking a product in pristine condition. The lack of understanding and refusal to acknowledge their mistake is unacceptable. In situations where customers invest a significant amount of money, one would expect exceptional customer service. Instead, Gucci's response has been dismissive, implying dishonesty on our part. It is disconcerting that a brand of Gucci's stature would tarnish its reputation with such a subpar customer service experience. The principle that the customer is always right seems to be lost in this case, leaving us with a damaged product we are forced to keep. I implore others to reconsider buying from Gucci online and opt for in-store purchases to avoid a similar ordeal. The tremendous cost of their items should be accompanied by impeccable customer service, not baseless accusations and flawed return processes. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I believe others should be aware of the potential pitfalls before making a purchase.
