“Genuinely very impressed. Great magnets at a good price which is great in itself, but the thing that has impressed me most is the care taken with packaging and the really useful guidance that is provided on the back of the invoice to help you store and take care of your magnets properly! I’ll be buying from these guys again in the future!”

“Ordered was shipped promptly but was missing things, took few days to receive a response (using the web portal and an email) but eventually was asked for evidence ( wanted a picture of the invoice and the magnets which was fair enough but also packaging which i felt was a bit extreme) after a fews days i received another response and received my missing magnets a few days later. Overall mistakes happen and they sorted it but felt communication could have been better.”
