“The equity release was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had good email correspondence from the office. However the agent was 2 hours late arriving to complete the paperwork. He rang ahead twice to tell me he was delayed but didnt apologise. His manner was curt.”

“Very pleased with the way in which my matter was dealt with. Only one criticism, I note that I was charged £75.00 plus vat for a “gift advice letter” that I did not ask for or indeed require. Age Partnership had given me an overall perspective of “advice” and had answered any questions before I proceeded. Perhaps you would like too comment on this point.”
