I have not got my order and no responds to my email. Waster of time

Hi Sina, Thank you for your feedback We have been confirmed that order has been dispatched from our end on 12nd Jan however upon checking the delivery statues, we been told by contracted courier that items have been lost in transit. We will re send your order out again today and it should arrive within 1 - 3 business days; Side note that we are not able to find any email communication under your name or email address. Hence not able to respond accordingly. We apologies for this inconvenience caused by the unexpected delay

first time buying from Gym Direct - easy and simple online ordering received communication via email on each step until delivered slight delay due to Christmas but no issues with that - totally understand and accept product is exactly as described and is good quality and great prices

Fantastic customer service. They figured out that the delivery issue was with my address (which I entered incorrectly) and corrected the situation, after 5 delivery attempts. I'm very appreciative of how they went the extra step to ensure that I got my order. Thanks!

Found this company on-line after another company lost my order; they were so helpful and friendly, ordered my item Tuesday before Christmas and they had it delivered by the Friday! Would definitely use them for all our gym equipment going forward!

Shipping despatch wasn't as fast as advertised - 5 business days - although I understand they are busy. Order then arrived next business day after despatch which is good (to Sydney). Floor mats arrived damaged. Bench wasn't as advertised in the description. The PU weight plates are great though.

Gym Direct has always been on my list of home gym suppliers to research when I am in the market for new equipment. I just bought the FT1006 and after a couple of questions I had that were answered very quickly, I went through with the sale and was well looked after during the entire sales process. Worth mentioning I bought this only a week before Christmas and received it within days!! very pleased with the delivery and the delivery cost, especially as I am up the Central Coast. Overall experience with Gym Direct and put them up the top of the list of any purchases for my home gym going forward, they have the range and the stock is replenished in a reasonable time frame.

The purchase was a terrible experience. The item was not listed as not in stock when it clearly was not in stock. Gym Direct took payment even though they knew it would be many months before I would receive my item. The order was paid for on the 4th of October. After a while of waiting, I followed up on where the item was (after no communication from gym direct). I was told they were waiting for "some of my items". Strange, since I only ordered one item. It almost seems like a lie, doesn't it? After calling out the lie, the sales rep said "oh no, sorry, I've just checked, it's the whole order". Again, seems like maybe a lie? 😂 After a month of waiting, I followed up again, I was promised the item would be delivered late November/ Early December. 2 months! After paying. In the end that ended up being another lie. The item arrived not long before Christmas. Shocking "service", lies from 2 different sales people and an item delivered about 10 weeks too late. Take this as a warning anybody thinking of purchasing anything from these cowboys

The 10 set and barbells appeared to be in stock when I purchased. On time of sending was told 1 set was out of stock . When order arrived 3 sets where missing or out of stock.nothing was said about the extra sets not being there. So I hope they are really all on backorder as was mentioned after I had to ask the question .
