“Ordered items online with express same day delivery. Items never arrived. Next day spoke to your call centre who said they had tried to deliver the item but no one was there. Our business was open till midnight and is very busy. The call centre said they would get them redelivered - items never arrived again. When I phoned they said they only delivered after 6pm (wasn’t told this in fact I was told they would get it delivered ASAP since they stuffed up the night before). Waited and waited - items never showed.
Rang the next day and was told they tried to deliver but no one was there - once again a total lie (one of the biggest restaurants in AKL) The staff simply couldn’t care less even though this is something you pay for. I was given the total run around and constantly lied to. Very poor service.”
“I wear a size XL in coats. The coat fits small and would be good for a size M. They should fix their sizing. They dont even cover the cost of Returns if you are in Melbourne. Disappointed will not be ordering again from them.”
