“First of all, Jan was amazing. She is great and went out of her way to help me and accommodate me and my specific order. However, whoever engraved and packaged our items did not do a good job. They came in dirty, poorly taped boxes and most of our items were engraved poorly and hard to see.”

“Crissie has been amazing and very patient. She got together mock ups of everything I had asked to see, sent me samples of everything that I requested to show my higher ups and waited patiently as I waited along with her for approval for orders. Once we decided on the items we wanted she got me proofs quickly and orders to me in record time. I am happy with all the interactions that she has provided. Sweet lady to work with and made my transition to a new company so much better than expected. She will be getting all the business I can get her from here on out. 7 days from proof approval to receiving the product is great!”

“Anita was great to work with. I found the site, told her what I was look8ng for as a group gift with sentimental meaning. She offered some suggestions. I and our board loved it so we ordered the lot. Within two weeks I had the shipment. All arrived safe and sound. Thanks again Anita!”

“The rep I worked with, Jan Martin, provided fantastic service. I appreciated her patience and responsiveness to our company's needs. The one issue we had was a cracked pot on one of the plants (they are supposed to begin cracking after 3 years) so we won't be able to send that product out. But other than a product issue, the service was fantastic. I look forward to working with Jan in the future.”

“Our HALO rep, Evan Kander, has been exceptionally helpful throughout our entire ordering experience. We were looking for useful promos to hand out at a career expo, and he provided me with pricing for notebooks (my specific request) in addition to other product ideas that we may want to consider. Additionally, at the smallest mention of future events, Evan jumped on the opportunity to provide me with numerous options that we may want to order in the future (without being pushy about it). He was quick to answer all of my questions, and when it looked like our order might be delayed due to weather, he made sure it wouldn't be an issue for our event date. Thanks again, Evan!”

“I have been ordering imprinted wall calendars from Halo since 2011. The orders always arrive on time and there have never been any problems. My rep left the company and another rep, Jody Ferrer, contacted me to help with my annual order. She made the transition seamless and easy. Thank you Jody! My new order will not be shipped till November, so I will answer the questions based on past experience.”
