Blinds (Santa Fe, Norman) of poor quality. Not closing easily (very stiff) and workmanship shoddy. Two blinds had to be replaced and one has now lost the cheap plastic casing that holds the strings for up and down movement.

I have never experienced such a debacle with soft furnishings as this experience with Harrisons. I won't use them again and won't recommend them to anyone.

I dont want to write the full review again, because I did few months ago. In summary, I havent received the service or product as advertised or being promised. - Installation was incomplete. Rather than doing full installation, only 2 screws been put. Ref image. - Roman blind quality is very poor, Not even a month, but stiches teared and the stick, is coming out. Ref Image. - Customer service is ok at the beging before you sign the contract. After that there might be slight delay in response, as you already paid the 50%. (thats my experience) Please note that I have already reviewed 2 months ago, and all the transactions completed. I have been asked to give feedback again today, I think Harrisons is trying to overwrite my old review or something(not sure). Thanks

We certainly did not have a good experience with Harrison's curtains and blinds. Took three lots of curtains to finally get it right. Which was over six months. The first lot the hem was all over the place looked like an amateur I had sewn it. The second lot of curtains had no hem at all. We finally got the third light installed and no one even bothered to contact us to see if it was good or bad. The communication over the six months was terrible. We had a great experience with Harrison's carpets so we decided to go with Harrison's for the curtains even though they were quite a bit more expensive, I certainly could not recommend Harrison's curtains and blinds to anybody. We made a big mistake!

Curtains firstly were incorrect. Completely different curtains put up and we didn't notice until the installers left were busy at the time. A bit difficult to communicate this to the provider who communicated by saying 'were they hung the wrong side' 😂😂😂. Then when they were remade and hung - too short! light can be seen coming out of bottom of curtains/. We were told when it was reviewed the installer would come and fix by lowering curtains but that was months ago so obviously not happening. Never again will we get Harrison's. If you look at curtain length trends they sit well on the floor which adds to their elegance and that is what we expected. We paid a lot of money for curtains we are not happy with.

After taking over three months to install after an initial promise of three weeks blinds began falling apart within a week. Asked Harrison’s to fix but not covered by warranty apparently. Cut to nine months later and the very expensive blinds are unusable.

Two years out, the hem linings on sheer curtains need to be redone, poor workmanship. The motorised system for roller blind, needs to be charged continuously, and cannot be easily reached. Only lasted 1 year. Was not surplied with charger on installation. Would not recommend harrisons curtains at all.

I received short notice of a cancellation and made another appointment for the following week. However the person never showed up, I discovered there was an issue with the address and phone number. The service was very bad and there was no apology for the inconvenience. A few years ago we asked a carpet person to come and they did not come on time. They had to come back again for the next appointment. When they send me a bill it had the wrong address and the wrong person's name on it which I found to be ridiculous.

No quality check on product. Joins puckered and lining longer than uneven curtains all the way along the bottom of the curtains (all of them). No communication from Head Office excwpt for delays and a bunch of excuses. Also trying to do hack the a fix despite the curtains being so short in parts there would not be enough fabric, let alone the fabric will be damaged. No joy at all in this $4,5k purchase- and that's with 40% off - something I would expect when spending thousands. Harrison's should be ashamed of their quality they sent out and their customer service with poor remedy even under the Consumer Guarantee Act. Definitely would not recommend! Lewis' or Spotlight much better in my experience.

Unprofessional customer service. I have waited over a month to have a measure up for sets of curtains. During this time Harrison’s have cancelled their appts twice. Last night they cancelled this mornings appointment, offering me yet another booking in over three weeks time. Who has to wait nearly two months just for the initial measure and quote? Going with another firm.

Harrisons made the curtains in our house 4 years ago and I now wanted to take them up as they were very long on the floor. They were great to speak with initially and quoted to do the work. I accepted the quote and a plan was put in place but just before they were due to arrive to take the curtains they rang and said their workshop no longer wanted to do this job and left me high and dry. Very very disappointed that they did not feel any responsibility for following through with their quote and seems they have no interest in post sales work.
