Ordered a small item from the website, delivery was expected to be the upcoming Monday. This was in December and there is still no sign of my order. Staff in the store were unable to help as apparently its the delivery companies fault.

The remote control I bought for my nephew at Christmas broke on the first use. Due to not being able to find the receipt I am unable to do anything about it

Check your pre filled stocking before 23:30 Xmas eve. As I was sent 3 x girls stockings and I ordered 2 x girl 1 x boy!

Paid for items and courier messaged to say delivering 2 days running but didnt bother to come. Not sure whose fault either supplier or courier but Im very disappointed.

I had a VN10 Drone bought for Christmas. After purchasing a SD card (not supplied) I did the setting up following instructions to the letter. I tested camera by taking a few photo's and video but found that the camera was not working. Upon inserting the SD card into computer it came up "card blank". I tried saving a couple of photo's from computer and these saved and were read OK so the card worked OK with computer. Contacted Hawkin's Bazaar with all details in email contact from their website. Only advise I received from them was to purchase another card and see if that worked. I contacted the Carlisle Shop where it was purchased and they were to send me a replacement drone out after having tested the camera and a card. Nothing had arrived after 5 days so contacted shop again, it had been returned address unknown. A blank SD card did arrive but when inserted into drone, camera still would not work with same results as the card I purchased. The replacement card states that it needs formatting. When try to format get message Windows cannot format this card. Will not read or format on either of my two computers. They were going to send another drone out. I also learned at this point that the Carlisle Shop was closing down. Still nothing arrived and when I contacted the shop was told that they had received instructions that customer services at head office were now dealing with this matter. I received no contact from head office or any other department of Hawkin's Bazaar. I contacted Hawkins Bazaar via website again 13-01-19, as I couldn't find a phone number. I enclosed both my phone numbers and asked for them to contact me. I am still waiting for a reply or contact reply. Have again today 16/01/19 sent a email via website for request for contact. From my experience the after sales service of Hawkin's Bazaar leaves a lot to be desired.

Ordered the pre-filled adult Christmas stocking, almost all of the contents was stuff better suited to a teen. Contacted them, never received any response.

The pre packed christmas stockings are dreadful. Not at all worth the money. Full of cheap and tacky tat. Never ordering again!!!!

Purchased a Scalectric micro set as a Christmas present for my grandson. Discovered it was faulty (didn't work at all.. Wouldn't even switch on). Contacted High St store which was open on Boxing Day but was told would have to send email. Supposed to receive response within 1 working day? 3 working days later ie 2nd Jan, still no response, and my grandson is still without his Xmas present! "Customer Service",? That's a joke! Would definitely not recommend to others. If I don't receive a response/replacement by the weekend I will take the matter further.

I am writing very upsetting post , on the 22nd of December 2018 I purchased a scalelextric from your store in worthing west Sussex for my son's Christmas present, who was very excited about this gift and on Christmas day I unboxed the scalelextric and set it up. Unfortunately one of the cars keeped stopping or would come off the tracks befor it got not even half way around, my boy was very upset so I phoned up the store on 26th of December 2018 who told me it's not there problem and that I need to contact the scalelextric provider and see what they can do about it even though I brought it from your store itself, I decided to return the scaletrics after reading the receipt that stated if you are not happy with your product to return it withing 14 days of purchase, so I reboxed the product perfectly and returned it to the store , they told me they need to retest it to make sure it is actually broke and come back in an hour, already I feel like they are calling me a liar, so 45 mins passed and I went back to the store they had the scaletrics set up in the store in front of all other customers it was doing the same clearly not working, the staff were telling me that is how it's supposed to be, the shock of the customers faces it clearly was not, I said to one of the customers in store does that look write to you and he said he would take it straight back, the colleges seem to have found it quite amusing and the manager Jack or Jake was telling me he is not giving me a refund even tho it was clearly not working so for my own protection I had to record videos in the store of proof that I was not getting a refund and that the scaletrics was not working, the customers could not believe how I was being treated it was discusting I thought it would have just been a simple process but the manager for some reason was being very cocky infront of his colleges and customers, i am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by ur members of staff in front of my children and customers and deserve an oppology for the way I have been treated and would love for you to see the cctv of that time or the videos I have with the way I was treated in your store I should have got a refund

Placed a order for my sons main Christmas present on 5 December and still not received. No phone number to ring I just have to leave messages and wait for them to contact me. It's now 20th December and a no delivery or contact. Very little posting days left and I can't even speak to anyone. My order was placed 20 days before christmas. Bad customer service. I would love to speak to someone.

Worthing Store - we buy from here all the time, although after today we will not be returning! We purchased a few bits, including a Reeces set that cost £12. We then came across a Reeces gift set with more in it for just £3!!! When we tried retuning the item we were told we couldnt because it was food. Absolute joke. It states on the receipt you can return items but doesn't mention anything about food! Absolute rip off then refuse to refund. Very disappointed and certainly wont be returning.

Delivery within 5 working days? They hadn't even despatched it after 6 days, but still have the audacity to charge £2.75 for delivery! Hawkin's Bazaar have wasted my time. There are many other places to buy the stuff they sell, so there is no reason to shop with them.

Don't bother buying the male/female pre-packed stockings, the 'normal'/non-themed one is still full of star wars items and one of the presents came broken, no way worth £50. What grown female wants laces that look like a strawberry? Or iron-on woodland animals? Female socks only up to a size 7 so too small. Had to bin most items (as didn't know anyone wanting star wars) and buy other fillers elsewhere, shocking. Delivery is quick though!

Purchased a x25 pro drone in Black Friday sale as a present, to find out they had risen thier prices to £125, more than £55 than other shops for the same goods. I thought I was getting a genuinely Black Friday bargains with 20% off. Shops should be fined for doing this, I won’t use them again.

I went to Hawkins in Norwich last Thursday and left feeling angry. There was a really nice chap called Aaron driving this car up and down the window, he was very helpful. Then there was this guy at the till playing some video game, when I went to buy my stuff from him he sighed and was annoyed he had to serve us (me and my wife) he was just rude for the whole interaction. Such a shame as Aaron was so nice (I think the other guys name was Chris but I’m not sure)

Delivery took 2.5 weeks, they picked up the wrong address from old records and then failed to sort it out, missed my sister and children's birthdays despite ordering 2 weeks before, a real shame as they were excellent in the past

I am totally disgusted with your so called delivery service, what service , ordered on line for delivery to Maidstone branch, they didn’t contact me to say my item was there or ring me or anything. So I went down one week later to be greated by George , a kid who kept calling me by my first name, my Mother soon put him straight, Mrs Mansfield to you young man, she said she’s old enough to be your Mother , she also suggested if the WiFi is not connected yet try a phone box or a postcard, also noticed that the manager Kirsty came out of hiding after she thought I was gone, but I turned back to go to another shop. I will most definitely not shop with you again , if I could score you 0 I would
