“I ordered three items on line on Saturday 5th November to be collected from my local store, but had heard nothing by Friday 11th November so rang the store to be told the order was there, and someone must have overlooked it and not let me know! Not good.”

“Item was missing from order even though the order form had a bold number 2 next to product only 1 was sent, but after notifying them it was delivered a few days later.”

“Ordered a load of little fillers for goody bags for my Son's birthday party, first they sent a huge box with a load of packaging in to find one small item in the bottom worth £1.99!! So I emailed them and said don't bother sending the rest of the items now as it would be too late for said party and please be kind enough to refund me. Lovely email back saying they had refunded me.... a week later I received the rest of the items from said order and a refund of £1.98??? Don't think I will be bothering again, thanks for the experience and lesson learned herein!!!!”
