“Everything was as expected, except for the Mens Xmas stocking. It seemed that on the runup to Xmas, the mens stockings sold out, so a Star wars one was sent instead. No mention in emails or an update, but the stocking was not suitable for an adult and was a disappointment. It would have been better for a child.”

“The website and products were excellent. Unfortunately, the delivery company was extremely poor, they left my parcel outside the front door in plain sight of everyone walking past. It was delivered at midday, I didn't get home until 6pm. It was an expensive scalextric set which could easily have been taken.”

“Always a good selection of unusual items at reasonable prices. My grandchildren in particular have been delighted with some of the toys. Delivery is always speedy and tings arrive in good condition. Thankyou Hawkin.”

“I tried to place an online order and as I got to the payment pages the items disappeared from my basket...! So I emailed Hawkins Bazaar and requested their help. I got a dismissive response...so I placed my order again, which has arrived - super. I notice that the 15% discount applicable has not happened...so I'm not happy and feel like give a very poor or poor rating, but have been generous under the circumstances and given an average rating.”

“Some off my order (string thing) was rubbish and not worth he money. would have returned it but it got tangled . Rest of order fine . Ordering easy deliver price reasonable, quality of other goods fine.”

“Products are ok, do what they claim to do. Delivery is agonisingly slow, considering you pay and it isn't free I'm not sure why it takes so long. Every time I've ordered its taken nearly two weeks for a small box of stocking filler type toys to arrive, and sometimes with a small item missing, such as the stretchy butterflies. Wouldn't order again due to the sheer long wait, but fair goods for the price.”
