“i signed up last November 2018, became sick. I've taken none of their classes, they are paid every month. not a phone call, no questions, no care!!! its all about the money. Before i signed on the dotted line, my phone rang constantly from this company. Foolishly i fell for these tactics, now i on the line for $6000+ for a company that is all about money, not your learning experience. Claudette Barrett”

“Waste of time and money. Contains incorrect nutritional information. Program consists of listening to someone read off of slides. Poor communication and efforts from the support team. Takes forever to get your diploma (if you are even lucky to get one). Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time.”

“Very disappointed. The best parts were SOME of the one-on-one coaching sessions, but very few are available/included and the cost. The videos are just you reading along (a poorly created PowerPoint presentation if pages of words) with what the presenter is saying. Virtually no graphics (there are very few in the last portion of the course), typos, etc. Very unprofessional presentation. They have even "updated" some of the voice over, without changing the typed version of the information that you're reading along with. Information you can get about any place with your own research. You're expected to practice work with other students instead of someone that is qualified to be a teacher or even someone to monitor your practice with other students and guide you. They really do not accentuate the definition of scope of practice either. I saw on private Facebook pages for students people that are still students or who had just completed the course trying to guide people through very obvious medical situations. These student "coaches" were/are totally out of their scope of practice with this course only as a guide. Also, there's a very hard leaning to New Age beliefs and practices. Another frustration was that it's virtually impossible to get to a human for any help with technical issues, course questions, etc. And except for a very limited number of one-on-one coaching sessions for yourself about the coursework, you really only have your student body to rely on for help, information, etc. For someone looking to make this their life's work, I would not recommend HCI.”

It not only helped push my health to a different level but it also gave me all I needed to start my own health coaching business to help others uncover their blocks in achieving optimal health. I would highly recommend Health Coach Institute to anybody looking to gain a great foundation in becoming a health coach.”

“Health Coaching - I must say that this "survey" is a bit confusing. What is the aim? Having finished the BHC and Mastery portions, I can say that I love the skills being offered. The rigor of the program is good as well. I am also pleased about the addition of Bill Baren's presence regarding the business aspects. My frustrations with HCI center around the difficulties with the dashboard and not being able to find certain things. It is hard to ask for what is not appearing when one does not know that they are missing it until a classmate tells us about it.”

“Resources are wonderful. Marketing/website & business should be presented sooner. Glitches and typos were surprising and lowered the quality. Releasing sessions sooner than weekly would be helpful for those who want to learn and implement as a business, it’s hard to have a good flow in a week gap.”

“I enrolled in the BHC and BLC program in March, 2018. When I look at how my life, and my family life, have changed it’s absolutely mind blowing. We are all happier, healthier, and more balanced. “My review is for the Health Coaching program only. This was a fantastic program that provides a foundation to start health coaching. Over the six months, you are given an introduction to many different facets of coaching, including a 90 day program to deliver to clients. Everything is done for you, and you finish with a basic understanding and ability to coach. The amount you get out of the program is what you put into it. The more practice you get, the more competent you will feel while coaching. They teach a framework, but it's up to the students to apply it in their practice and to refine it.”

“While the Health coaching aspect of the program was phenomenal I thought I would have received a more in-depth program for the Life coaching as that is what I initially wanted. Again, both programs were grest, I just wanted more on Life coaching”

“The training is above anything else I have had and I have been around the block a few times! “HMBA Mastery First Live event with HCI as a BHC student, was life changing for me! While I never belong pretty much all my life, I finally find my tribe! At that event I enrolled in HMBA Mastery Program- best decision ever made. My personal transformation started right there, in that room. Walking to the back of the room to signed up, I was never more sure about what's next for me and what is it that I want . I was ready. Ready to transform myself so I can support others through their transformation. HMBA Mastery is not just a program filled with information, it is a journey of transformation! HMBA Mastery is community, support in masterminds, deep coaching, detailed practices , learning a masterful skill of coaching at level of beliefs and identity it is a life changing experience!”
