“Poor service. Send wrong items (eg sink fittings for one with overflow when sink hasn’t got one).. regularly miss promised delivery dates (eg over a month late after five promised and missed dates. Finally part product delivered, requested refund (not yet received) as failed to supply missing parts as promised in three days). They do not appear to hold stock and sell orders to various suppliers resulting in selling items that are not available. Steer well clear as they cost you plenty in missed deadlines and rearranging tradesmen.”
