“Excellent service all round. Brand new cars, great staff, deliver on time. Do not try to rip you off like some of the other bigger companies. No insurance extra costs big talk like other companies. Price was excellent. Told deposit is returned within a few days which is fine. Delivery and collection team were fantastic. At last a company you can trust and have 100% faith in. Thank you to all of the team.”
“Absolutely dreadful, untrustworthy company. Inept when it comes to their own policies and procedures - different staff give different advice, and they will attempt to pressure you into taking extremely expensive insurance. They lied about how long their refund process would take, and though they claimed it was instant I am still owed £1,500 a week later. I am not confident that the refund will ever come, and I do not understand why they would want to go to the trouble of defending this in court, where I will inevitably win.”

“Superb to deal with from the start to the finish. 3 cars all automatic required for our family trip from New Zealand for a family wedding. Card delivered to our Heathrow hotel the morning after our arrival. Very pleasant and efficient staff a delight to deal with. The 3 cars were for different hire durations. Ours was nearly 7 weeks and the other 4 & 5.
All cars nearly new , our Sportage had only 700miles on it.
Returning cars not a problem, meet you at the drop off in case terminal 2. First thing the guy said was here are the Raybans you son left in his hire car!!
Excellent service and highly recommended.
