Managed to get my details wrong from the start - missed off a named driver - so I contacted them immediately upon receipt of documentation and informed them, at which point I was told they would sort out the issue and get back to me. Still waiting.

I received a quote a few days ago with the exactly same details and start date. Yet when I purchased my insurance today it was £135 more than the actual quote.

Very bad experience dealing with the one claim I have had so far (took over 1 year to resolve). Now you have managed to duplicate so I have 2 car insurance policies for the same car! To top it off, when you have made a mistake you make it impossible to phone anyone to revolve it and your online chat - well, it it even manned by a human being? If so at what times/days of the week? You need to make it clear as I wasted a lot of time trying to get through to a human on Saturday after you debited in full for a 2nd policy for the same car. Deeply regret not paying a few quid extra now for another provider!

I’ve just purchased a car insurance and I haven’t been able to log in - the code was not sent to my phone and I tried to chat online and that didn’t work as well. I’m not sure I have an insurance because I can’t assess my documents. This is not a good experience for a first time customer.

Very poor customer support for potential claim. Spent total of 45 minutes on the phone - 20 mins on hold, then ages repeating a huge amount of info that was already given at policy purchase time. Only to be told outright incorrect information about how/if the claim could be pursued. Resulting in the operator telling me "as you don't want to pursue a claim we'll mark this as info only". The opposite of what I was trying to achieve!

Never ever deal with this company!!!!! They have some other rip off company called premium credit that take all their monthly payments but the problem is they do not talk to each other my insurance was cancelled as premium credit didn’t tell this scum that I had paid!!!! What then happened is this scum took £96 out of my bank £50 was a cancellation fee!!!!!! So they retain your debit card details!!!! If you have a problem with them also there is online robot chat that is useless, avoid at all costs they will gladly rip you off!!!!!

Completely rubbish, I switched to a car which was half the price of my old one and was charged £60!! £30 was an admin fee, eh? It's an automated system, how can there be an admin fee, will not be renewing. If the numerous 4-6 word reviews on here are real I'll eat my hat, this listing is full of fake reviewers. I wasn’t able to access my documents, validate my email address or speak to anyone to help. The help automation software didn’t help.

Pathetic company. Do not buy, call centers are always closed i work 7-6 every day and i cant even phone up to change my new car over because the centers are always closed and the online thing is wired To my old number, if you try changing your number on the live chat the chatbot tells you the company is shut, and you must phone back when its open. There is no customer service at all so imagine if you crash and go to claim, no body will hear you call "because there never there" i cant even cancell the renewal because i cant log in. Heed my warning theyre are much better services out there hedgehog are shit.

Hello Miss Lancaster, We are reviewing why you were unable to contact anyone. We're open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Our Chatbot is also available to help you, take messages and set-up a call back - that runs 24/7 so it's unusual you were not able to contact anyone. Thank you for the feedback.

Your website would simply not accept my card details, I was forced to use someone else's. They were definitely correct. The fact there is no way to contact a person on the phone isn't great either and no-one available unless it's between certain times, Monday to Friday on the live chat made everything very difficult, it is the cheapest quote however.

Our virtural assistant is available 24/7 and our Customer Service team are here Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. If however you need to make a claim the number to call is 24/7.
