Overpriced. For such a limited car. With bhp. And specification. Couldn’t change policy to a different car as it said an error occurred. Poor. Only good thing was the ability to drive another car on my policy. But I’m paying £612 anyway.. so I should expect it! Apart from that. It’s fine.

Had a very strange interaction with their website when visiting from a comparison site. The quote kept getting more expensive the less I covered. When back to the comparison site, changed the date of cover for the next day, saved £44 pound. I had spoken to the chat service which the Chatbot was hard to navigate at first and then the human Kyle could not really advise on anything and just said if that’s what it says that’s wha you pay! Got brought it in the end. Not exactly sure how well they will handle a claim but worth a shot! They did save me over £160!

It wouldn't let me do my first quote, so I redirected from a differt compare site and it let me when my excess was higher. I feel this is a so people pay more overall.

Hello Mrs Pang, I can see you chose a different amount of excess for your second quote - it's always good practice to review the details as changing the amount of voluntary excess does impact the premium. Regards, The Hedgehog Team

Quoted me nearly double for my second year then when I cancelled offer me it for less than my first year. This is not how you treat existing customers

Very short hours to be able to contact someone about queries with application - spent a few minutes dealing with robot who eventually said office was closed

Unable to pay the annual sum, or monthly payments using a business card registered at a different address to that of where the car is kept over night.

I have bought a new car and can't use it for 2 days as i can't speak to anybody to change it!

No customer service. You have to agree to next years automatic payment before you can take this years insurance.

Process appeared quick and seamless, however after taking out the policy I received 5 seperate emails from a company called Premium Credit, and it wasn't until the third email that the relationship between the two companies was explained. It was also not mentioned in the initial disclosure that you are an online only company, or how to contact you if there are any issues.

Have sent an email to my new insurer regarding no claims bonuse and received no reply. A week later I get another email for NCB, again sending another email. Again no reply. Not ideal first correspondence from my new insurer

Not very easy to sort problems. I started my policy a day late by accident and wasn’t able to change the start date. I would have had to cancel my policy and start again. Not good enough really

They were the cheapest - However watch out if you do not take it up immediately and wait a day or two so you can cancel your previous insurance they increase the price - went up by around £40. Not happy will not use them again as you can’t trust them- hope I do not need to claim
