“It was a more difficult experience dealing with my car insurance problems through live chat it would have been much less stressful experience if I could phone and speak through everything The chat took a very long time on each occasion and I spent two days just trying to renew my car insurance as it had expired the first day and after it was finally set up I got a text the second day saying I I didn’t have car insurance to then go back on live chat to find it was just a text for the old policy exhausting and frustrating please bring back a telephone number”

“I would have liked to have had a call to tell me I’m insured and check see I’m happy with every thing I’m looking to insure house and other cars but I don’t think you do that ? Could I have a call 07919810810”

“You offered me insurance that was higher by £82 and yet you were offering me another link that was cheaper. I feel bad about this higher sell by that account that I hold with you.”

“Website kept freezing when I was ready to make the payment. Before that I would get a quote and if I amended any details in my quote, it would say I will have to call and a quote cannot be given. After three attempts I managed to make payment for my policy.”

I have reviewed the conversation with the Customer Service agent and they advised you may want to consider an alternative provider if you were not able to successfully buy the policy with us. We explain this is an option as we would not want you to miss out on any other deals as a result of delaying buying your insurance. “I couldn't complete the policy on my phone as the payment windows didn't seem to appear. Couldn't call in at the weekend for assistance. Luckily checked if I could complete on a laptop and the emailed link was useful to my pending application.”

“In my mind it's not possible to accurately review an insurer at the outset based on simply a buying experience !... my purchase was based on premium, however I did do a bit of digging and liked the idea of this being a challenger insurer albeit with a silly name... so far things are fine, we'll see how they react if I have the misfortune of a claim... so far my experience is indifferent.”

“Application process easy as linked from the Go Compare website and my details auto completed. However it would seem there is a problem with the email verification system. They have sent me a link, numerous times, and each time the verification has failed.”
