“Very useful and great tools for Anazon sellers”

“I love H10, the tools and the insight that you guys give to sellers is amazing. But Adtomic...this is a huge blip for yo guys. It is TERRIBLE. The data is shot, support is non responsive, the app doesn't show correct data either and all you guys are doing is promoting it. Everything else you roll out is polished and well through out. H10 should be embarrassed by Adtomic.”

“The reason i’m saying poor is because the analytics is not working correctly I’m not getting my data for video campaigns for the last 30 days and not getting accurate numbers for products sold. I think it worked really well before Adamatic and I do understand that whenever you add new features There’s a good chance you will break other ones. I think the problem is with the API but I really need to get it working so I can start cutting those bleachers and increasing beds that are converting… Please help”

“Helium10 has world-class customer support. I am very satisfied with quick responses and help from Helium10 customer support. Jungle Scout's customer support is way below Helium10's. Helium10's Product Research, Keyword Research, Analytics and Followup tools are all very useful. But I am a bit disappointed of Helium10's ADS tool. Suggestions are only based on common sense. We do not see it useful. Several months ago we had a big issue with our sponsored ads campaigns due to duplicated keywords of different match types. It took us several days working with Amazon support to troubleshoot the problem. It would be very helpful if ADS provides the ability to identify duplicated keywords of different match types across campaigns so that other users do not have to go through the painful process to find out what was wrong with their campaigns.”

“Variety is good, but you guys have an annoying habit of releasing stuff that doesn’t work properly and should probably still be in beta. This is really annoying because I often spend hours trying to learn something or set it up, only to then discover that I can’t because someone at H10 never actually finished building the tool properly.”

“Hello, I hope this review will help your company a lot A- software review. 1- overall the most great tool is cerebro and magnet and no one can work without them 2- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT great tool 3- MARKET TRACKER great tool , 4- PORTALS old technique and you need to see Elite seller tool for the funnels 5- PROFITS good but not updated well and not accurate please check sellerboard.com , their website do the profit very accurate and updated every few hours. 6- ADTOMIC very basic tool and there are much better tools in the market like sellics.com etc... 7- KEYWORD TRACKER very bad because the updating is so slow and far from the realty and I can tell it's almost useless. 8- overall the software tools work very slowly like ( Mammuthus ) specially with keyword tracking and adtomic B- customer service your company have very bad support in the level one support , it's empty loop and also the higher level just asking about screen shot and most of the time no solution. This is my opinion and I wish the best for your company. Best Regards.”

“I have two support cases regarding Adtomic issues. Both have been opened for a long time and can't be closed. I'm disappointed and considering down grade the subscription level. request (138582) opened on 5/11 request (140683) opened on 5/25 Keep receiving the weekly emails from customer support: "Our developers team have not yet provided an update, however, I can see them actively working on finding the resolution to your concern...." “Helium 10 provides the crucial detail and perspective needed to grow on Amazon. The KW harvesting tools are second to none. Two reasons for not providing a 5 star review... 1) The dashboard is missing an "executive summary" view that provides a 30k foot perspective, which can be drilled into for further detail. 2) Adtomic was not nearly as intuitive as I had expected.”

“I use keyword tracker all the time and use Helium to send follow up emails. Getting keywords is excellent as well. I love Helium 10 and it is the only paid help I subscribe to.”
