I am only in my second week of learning the skills and information provided in the Freedom Ticket and so far I have been a happy customer, the lessons are thorough and complete and help with planning the launch of my Amazon business. I don't have a comparison to other tools out there, but this one seems more than enough for a new starter.

the price point is very high. There will be a package for beginners that focus on product search only. It does very not look like a wise idea to pay a higher price even you are not earning any money. A suggestion is to create a starter package for at least 3 months, focusing only on the product search and training period. That is a beginner requirement for that period, then he will go further as decided. The starter may not be required many things in your beginner package. If your product passes the product search phase he will add other modules.

I wanted to test the helium 10 software for a month to see how it works and if it could benefit my business. I chose the Platinum subscribtion, which was 97 USD/month, with a 30 day money back guarantee. After 20 days I cancelled the subscribtion because it wasn't worth it. But didn't receive my money back. Since then I am trying to get in contact with them but they don't reply to my emails and messages. I feel scammed.

This product is for those who already have Amazon business setup and making good profit. I will not recommend this for beginners or small sellers for below reasons. 1. PRICE IS TOO HIGH. 2. Customer service is not good at all. Reps will listen to your concern to come back with big words like we apologies,thank you, sorry,we appreciate but will not resolve your concern. 3.Don't pay $132/month Canadian, not worth it, I would recommend jungle Scout or Sellics if you really want to pay for a product. 4. Helium 10 has option to "Pause" subscription, which is a scam. Lets say you paused it at beginning of month for vacation. When you come back you have to pay again to resume subscription. It should be changed to "temp cancellation" or "Stop". Pause is something which can be started where it was left. 5. Money back guarantee is a scam too. You can forget your money once paid. They will always come back with an excuse to not refund you.

Several tools don't work as advertised. Seller support emails me once every few days with the copy-pasted message of "We haven't forgotten about you!" but the issues remain outstanding for over a month. Automated review requests aren't being sent. Back-and-forth with support & now 10% are being sent, but several thousand reviews per day aren't being sent. Restock reports aren't accurate. Showing 0 units in stock when I can see hundreds of units on seller central. Alerts don't notify if a dimension change results in a higher FBA fee. An email saying "your product was 14.1111426cm length and is now 15.21111156cm length". So I need to check every ASIN after being notified? Whats the point of the alert if it's only partial information? Refund genie & customer support have conflicting information on US & CA FBA inventory. 1 report is generated, but our inventory in CA & US is separate. No instructions on how to file for 2 regions within 1 seller ID, and seller support has no idea (given answers saying no don't file in both regions, and yes file in both regions). I also reached out to the sales guy (Michael) who pitched helium10 and said "sellers your size need to be on helium" but unfortunately I didn't receive a reply. I've been going back-and-forth with seller support for over a month, still no end in sight. Couldn't recommend helium10 in the slightest. Has negatively impacted our business in several facets and their sales team can't even reply to emails with my concerns.

I've been using Helium 10 (Diamond Plan) for 3 weeks now. For some reason it doesn't work for me (I can't select any of my products so I can't create any ad campaign). I communicate it on day one but I didn't get any answer yet. So, my 30 days money back guarantee is almost over and I've not even been able to try Helium 10. I asked to extend the "trial" period (because I have not been able to "try/test" it yet) but they say it's not possible. Conclusions: 1. A lot of money for a tool which does not work (yet). 3. If you have a KDP account, you can't use the most of the tools but you need to pay full price. 2. Zero compression/attention from the support team (all that they do is to tell you "I have scale it to the development team; doesn't matter what you ask them). Kevin Albert

when I first started using helium10 I was really excited. The tool seemed comprehensive and provided a lot of features. However, the issues started after I started digging deeper into the results that I was getting from helium10. Most of the numbers you get for your accounting (profits) is not accurate. For example, the profit margin shows 25% but if you use other tools and have those Softwares calculate your profit you would get closer to 15%. I brought this up with costumers service several times and so far nothing happened. I also told them since there are several issues with the software (I only mentioned one here), I would like to get refunded as I am not getting the benefits as it was promised and I got totally ignored. I have requested a refund 3 times and so far nothing has happened (of course they keep telling me their developers are working on this issue and I need to be patient but it is more than a month and nothing has happened yet). the first time I asked for a refund (I am paying $97/mo) I was told I need to cancel my subscription that's how I get refunded (honestly talking with helium 10 people outside of the chat is impossible and they refuse to refund me for the months that their software was not working properly) I will update this review as soon as I hear back from them.

Helium is very good e-commerce learning technology company very good and full of information I learned a lot from this site about e-commerce I registered in PLATINUM package but I have a request the time period of subscription should for two months kindly consider my request

Platinum level using X-Ray is NOT UNLIMITED, as it obviously would be perceived since there is a check box. There are plenty of other limitations in the other categories that are clearly stated. It will stop working on you once you hit the limit. Myself, and several others all had massive issues with this. The response from "customer service" was "Well, we did not write it was unlimited" but any person with a half of brain would perceive a check box as unlimited when every other box shows limitations. We had paused our sub then got billed for 3 months without us getting an invoice. I then emailed support to cancel and it still didn't get turned off so we got billed another month. The cancelation process should be illegal given it takes 5 steps to cancel and no human being has ever replied to us. Terrible service. Poorly managed. Exploitative business subscription tactics. Do not recommend. Will be filing a complaint via the BBB. Also their phone number on the invoice we did get for this month doesn't work. Tried to contact them for their 30 day refund, no response. I can't even check the boxes regarding their refund process or really their customer communications because they didn't do either of them.
