I have not received my product yet, i ordered on 2th of April and was showing it will be delivered in 5 days

The product seams good and I think our child will like it. But the product is clearly a return, the box was damage from Opening earlier. The legs was scratched and the toys did not have wrapper. A product in this state should not be labelled as new and sold for normal price.

Not that great an experienced to be honest. Got an email from HelloBaby to say pram was despatched - no tracking details provided. Waited a few days to contact Hello Baby who advised that the order will be fulfilled by Venicci directly. Called Venicci Today (I shouldn’t have had to do this a purchase was with a hello Baby not Venicci) and it hasn’t been sent as parts out of stock. Bit baffled to have received a despatched notice and and email to review a purchase that isn’t been sent yet let alone received. Appreciate these are abnormal times - happy to amend review upon resolution

Nice website, easy to order, but why are you showing all prices ex vat. As a consumer facing site your prices should be INC VAT. Really misleading as you appear cheaper than others until you surprise the buyer with the VAT addition at the end. Comes across as really dodgy trying to trick customers.

We ordered crib sheets from Hello Baby to fit our SnuzPod bedside crib, as the description states that they fit all Snuzpod bedside crib mattresses. This is not true, as I found out later when I tried them on our mattress (with and without a mattress pad, and also based on Amazon reviews)--the sheets are way too loose and baggy, which is a hazard for a sleeping infant. As we live in the states, returning the sheets would cost as much as the refund itself, so I requested a refund from Hello Baby for both the sheets and the cost of shipping if I were to return the sheets (normally the buyer must pay for return shipping). Given that Hello Baby sold me sheets that could be a hazard for sleeping infants, I did not think this was an unreasonable request. More than two weeks after my initial request and numerous emails with the customer service rep, including photo evidence of the baggy sheets, I was told that while Hello Baby will follow up with the manufacturer, they will not provide a refund for the shipping. If this were merely an issue of I didn't like the sheets or some other cosmetic concern, I can understand this stance, but given that they are selling a product with false advertising that could harm a baby and are not taking responsibility for this, I am disappointed in the service I received. They apologized for "not being able to help me further," which is ridiculous because they could easily reimburse me for the shipping costs. Will not be using them again.

The process of ordering the product, and it's delivery were all as expected. However, the product that has arrived had a damaged box and had clearly been sellotaped together... I question if it is a new product. I emailed customer services and waiting on a response.

Unfortunately my item took 3 times as long to arrive than advertised. Product fine. Communication and expections need to set correctly regarding estimated delivery dates.

Wondering when our parcel was due to arrive, i tried to phone three times. Your number was disconnected. Very disappointed. Began to wonder whether the parcel was actually going to arrive. Thank goodness it did. Item lovely, thank you. I think you need a phone.

Sadly my order arrived with a damaged box. I emailed to see what the solutions were and was told as they felt the damage was only minor they would not offer a refund or exchange. I emailed back and received no answer. A shame as it was for a gift and it looks second hand.

We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the item. From the photo you sent, the corner damage of the outer box was very minor and did not affect the items inside so it was not something that we could claim back from the shipping company. We try and go that extra mile for our customers when an item is obviously damaged or goes missing and I am sorry that in this case we felt that the problem did not warrant the cost to return and replace.
