“Quick delivery, everything is in the parcel. Did wonder whether it would be okay as the box was damaged at one section. One of the corners of the cart at the front is crushed a bit, but we think it may be covered by the sticker on the front.”

“The ordered hair shampoo guard arrived in a few days. My daughter was pleased with it for her 4-year old. Unfortunately the child will not use it! Because she doesn't like it she will now co-operate with hair washing without it, so a result I suppose. As my daughter is expecting another child shortly she will maybe have more success next time. Nice cheerful product, anyway and more flexible and adjustable. than others I looked at.”

“Excellent service and product for the price. The retaining clips are a bit fiddly and I think could be improved. But otherwise I'm very pleased with the gate.”

“The package arrived in perfect condition, but it was left at our doorstep. I was not very happy about that. Update: After I reported this, Hello Baby informed me they have lodged a complaint with the courier service.”

“I am still waiting for a response from this company as I need to return a faulty item. I understand that they have staff shortages but they have responded to another customer who left a review which was posted since my last comments. I have to say I received my goods promptly, but can somebody please deal with my return/replacement.”
