“I’m not happy with my order. Because I never received it. I send email about the problem. But they only told me to check with my neighbors and the post office,bc they don’t have a tracking number and they can’t help me. I did everything and email you back explaining that the item was never delivered and the return my money. But no one have contact me about this issue.”

“Damaged goods arrived (goods packed only in cardboard for international shipping seems irresponsible). Hello Baby offered a partial refund but then sent less refund than previously offered. When I queried this they asked how much I expected?! Just such a waste of time and slow, incompetent customer service.”

“Pregunté al servicio de atención online si el peluche musical que quería comprar traía la música de la nana de Brahms u otra cosa (porque no quería en ningún caso la nana de Brahms, que me vuelve loca). Me dijeron que traía una música original, que no era esa. Compré el peluche y descubri que era la nana de Brahms. El peluche en si está bien, pero la música no la voy a poder usar nunca.”
