I got the introductory box with free shipping and 30 dollars off so I ended up paying 33 dollars for 3 nights of dinner for myself and my husband. I cancelled right away because I only wanted to try it. The meals they chose for me were Gouda Burgers, some kinda pasta dish, and a pork dish. I don't eat pork, and I'm trying to cut back on pasta so I switched those two up for sirloin, greens beans and gruyere potatoes, and mushrooms steak tips. I've tried 2 of the 3 meals so far and they've been really tasty! Plus they're so easy to follow instructions even my husband (who doesn't cook) found himself doing most of the work for one of the meals. They serving sizes are decent with most of the dishes including some type of fiber filling vegetable. Need more convincing? Go on the HelloFresh app and look at the cookbook. All their recipes are on there and recreatable. Before receiving the box I was able to make the Bellpeppers stuffed with Curry rice, and black bean tacos! So in conclusion, any problem I may have had was easily solved, I was able to easily cancel right away and was super satisfied with my results. Who knows? I may even continue with HelloFresh in the future when I go back to work to make life easier.

Package arrived perfect, well packaged and at the perfect temprature thanks to the ice packs. Good quality products and great recipes- will def keep using!

I was recommended this company by my son in Australia. It is easy to organise deliveries and to choose or change menus or even just skip a week if you wish. The ingredients are good quality and of course fresh. For me the best thing is that everything is organised and measured already which means I don’t have to struggle with opening and measuring liquids, herbs etc. Recipes are very easy to follow and include tips and you can modify to taste. We've been having Hello Fresh meals for some time now & can't recommend them enough. All the food is fresh & easy to prepare & the recipes are so interesting & tasty. I like the many options for meals & being able to edit the menu/portions, as well as being able to pause delivery. I've even had my delivery sent to a our holiday destination, which was really useful. The menus come up with ideas I probably couldn't of thought of & it's so quick & easy to follow, with no waste. We've been able to eat healthy tasty food in the right sized portions & have managed to lose weight & feel the benefits. Great for can't cooks/lazy cooks, or just when you've run out of ideas. Good value for money too.

Poor customer service. If you have not recieved your package, they won't refund you unless the courier tells them it's lost. Meanwhile sitting at home without food in the mountains. Not to mention, instead of recieving a refund I got charged for some random $68 even though I never ordered anything else and I put my next delivery on pause. This company steals money on a Sunday when Banks can't automatically retroactivate their fradulant charge. Need I say more?

Very limited choices in meals and I tried to order different meals than the 3 vegetarian meals listed for the first week I ordered, but found it impossible, so two of the three meals I couldn't eat. One vegetarian meal consisted of FRIED CHEESE as the meal, but I don't eat cheese and I have never, in the world, seen this as a main course for dinner. At over 30 grams of fat per serving, unhealthy. Another meal was a corn salad and one tiny, sad, plastic wrapped cob was the main thrust of the meal, with canned kidney beans. The great meal was a portebollo mushroom "burger" which was delicious! I do not recommend this company and I cancelled.

HELLO FRESH HAVE LITERALLY STOLEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AT 3am TODAY… I have not reactivated my account which hasn’t been used since last year when it was cancelled due to diabolical service and I DID NOT ORDER anything! Your chat agent is a liar and I am disgusted at this whole scenario!!! In reply to your response to this below you obviously did not read my review. I have not used hello fresh since last year and it was cancelled so there was no automatic reactivation due… you still had my payment details from my previous account which I cannot delete and it was pure theft in the hope I would accept your rubbish service. The money and so called reactivation happened this morning at 3am when I was fast asleep. When I attempted to change the recipes that you’d stolen money for it stated that I could not edit them as that option ends at midnight last night (3hrs before you actually illegally ordered on my behalf)…this is disgusting behaviour..you have not only stolen but lied and used my details without permission and trained your staff to manipulate, lie and bully customers into paying for items they did not want. Your recipe boxes come with missing or the wrong ingredients and instead of issuing another box you offer discounts than cannot be used until more boxes are ordered. This is why I cancelled all future orders and deactivated my account with you last year. This is despicable and so it appears from responses to my rant on Facebook that you are doing it to hundreds of others too! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Taken money out of my account for something I don’t want like or won’t be able to receive. Ive used hello fresh in the past and had no issues this was a few years ago. I’m disabled and had thought I cancelled my order with them and in the past they happily refunded me fully and did not send the food I don’t want. Fast forward to now I had thought I cancelled again and have let them know in plenty of time I don’t was the delivery as I don’t like the food and won’t be in but they only offered to refund £10. When I questioned why they refunded last time fully which was a few years ago they said they make one time exceptions so I questioned as this was a new account why they will not do it this time which they had no answer too. I requested to speak to a manager and they said ok they will call you but now they can not give me a £10 refund. Now I am not able to pay my electric bill and I’m disabled and can not eat the food they are sending which I don’t want. The person I spoke to was called Marlo and he was very unhelpful and wouldn’t explain why they let me have a refund years ago but now won’t, they can’t have one policy for one time and something different the next. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!

Hello Fresh continued to charge the credit card, despite written proof of a cancelled account. They owe me $303.46 and their customer care experience is abysmal.
