This company is a complete rort ! I purchase from many high end brands and have a lot of experience with these places but let me tell I’ll never be buying from this rort of a place again. I purchased a pair slides online then of course needed to return for a different size and yes I had never worn them , I returned them the exactly the way I got them but according to them there’s no chance and they will be returning them because according to them there’s water marks on them hahaha yep sure then try and call them to get the an explanation of where and how they have water marks good luck with that . But all good it only cost me $1k to learn never to shop from Hermes again clearly I’m not the one losing out here . Trust me do not buy from here, I wouldnt even bother going to the Sydney store that’s just a bad ! And isn’t funny how most of the reviews on here are very similar …Trust me much better options out there than Hermes

Products are so overrated, my delivery was very late and customer service was terrible. I will never be buying from them again. They are unethical, horrible company.. avoid at all costs

Horrible will never purchase from this company ever again. Went after a week to return a gift I got that I never wore, they would not take it back.. feel bad for my husband spending money in that place. So if anyone wants to return anything they will make up any eXcuse to not take back their merchandise….. so save your money!!!!!

The problem with Hermes Boutique is that they think they can get away with forcing people to keep their mediocre stuff. Their stuff are SO overrated! Not worth coming in and spend $ on. Yes, they make it difficult for you to return because they know people realize the stupid purchase they just did when they get home and will return them. This is the only way Hermes makes any sales.. most people I know regretted dumping any $ there. I purchased a belt and tried to exchange a week later and the store mgr wasn’t going to do it. I stayed in the store until they do. I wasn’t going to let no one forced me to keep anything I don’t want. Customer service is very poor. They have nothing to be snobbish about… their stuff are soooo overrated.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of $700 hermes sandals for my wife for Christmas. She literally tried them on in the bedroom and immediately noticed they were too small so she took them off and we returned the pair. A month later Hermes contacted me stating that they will not issue a refund because the sandals were not in their original condition. Complete BS and fraudulent and I will never ever ever purchase Hermes products and suggest you avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other high value/class options out there with much better customer service.

Don't judge someone by how they look. You never know who has money to spend on designer items and who does not. I was in the process of moving and I had forgotten my appointment. I rushed to make the appointment, wearing jeans, sneakers, and a white t-shirt, and I was treated horribly. Disappointing.

Customer service is not worth the time you spend, writing emails, replying to theirs, lousy static phone # and agents that have spelling problems. Just save your time and effort. They are not worthy of respect given.

For once, my husband got an early start on his Christmas shopping and bought me a gift from Hermes on November 20, 2022. He gave it to me on Christmas Day. I needed to exchange it as it fits small. They refused to allow me to exchange it because it had been more than 30 days. They have no holiday return policy!! Literally every luxury retailer, including Cartier, allow for exchanges until the second week of January. Now I have a gift that is useless. Definitely not doing anymore holiday shopping with Hermes ever again.

I bought, based on the picture, 5 of their new nail files-online showed an orange box with two long nail files. What I actually received is a tiny white box with miniature sized nail files. At 45$, I should get what was online. Customer service was useless except to tell me I couldn’t return them as I was outside the return date, which I already knew. I was told to email, and received a stock answer. I have purchased many items over the years large and small- NEVER AGAIN1

I would say lets start with maybe a ZERO review. The product is over rated, I have travelled around the world, and there are nicer models and material quality than Hermes. Last time we visited Paris we tried to get an appointment in the store every day, and they kept saying sorry they don't have any availability. We decided to visit the store and the staff were so rude and self centered. I was turned off by the entire experience, and I would not return to give them my $$$. My $$$ is green, and I will spend it where I want, when I want. Hell with Hermes COMPANY, they treat people like S*** and people keep going back to them. let their product rot and sit when no one buys their over priced bags and products.

Do not buy from them. Criminals. Spent $700 on a bracelet that scratched after one use. Terrible customer service - even though I purchased online- their response was for me to bring it to a boutique. When I pushed back and said that was unacceptable- they said they couldn’t fix it because it was gold plated. And even though it was less than a month since I had purchased- they wouldn’t take it back (way to back your product) I will never even look at another Hermes product and will use every available outlet to let everyone know what a sham company they are!

Beyond terrible customer service that pales in comparison to real luxury brands. After an online order shipment was lost, I was forced to wait 20 days to even get someone to consider a refund; this took several calls and the wait times on the phone were over 30+ minutes before someone would answer. Their inept customer service people couldn't comprehend that since the shipper lost the package, it was then an issue between Hermes.com and FedEx not me-the customer. Their policies are beyond asinine and now I understand why even my richest friends look down on this brand.

Will never be purchasing from Hermes ever. Received the Oran sandals for my birthday on June 6th, unfortunately the size was small and emailed to exchange it but they instead gave instructions to return it. I returned the item the next day for a refund so that I can place an order for the right size. According to their policy, it takes 15 business days for a refund. As of today, it’s been well over a month. Nothing from Hermes despite trying to email and call severally. No one ever picks up. At this point, it feels like borderline fraud. The right size is out of stock but not even interested in any of their products but it will be great to get my money back. Don’t know what the next step of action is to get my money.

I purchased a belt and belt buckle two weeks ago that were absolutely beautiful. Within two weeks, the buckle looks like it's about 25years old. All scratched up and looks terrible. I've literally only worn it to the office in a professional setting and it looks like I've worn it bull riding. Stopped into Holts to see what can be done and the only option is to send it away for a buffing (would take two months) and you only get one free polishing so that would be it. I have belts I've bought for $20 from the Bay that look better after 20 years than this one does after two weeks. So so so dissapointed. Was a big treat for me to purchase this for myself.

DC store is a joke. Th SA’s are rude and annoying. Had an appointment and had to wait 20 min while there were only 2 other customers in the store. Finally came out from the back and no apology. My time is more valuable than theirs. I spend a fortune at Hermes and I’ll never do business in DC again.
