“I bought the Ruston table which I love but very stupidly damaged the top during assembly (my fault). I telephoned to ask if replacement possible. The staff were so helpful and I had a new top dispatched in a couple of days. Great table and great customer service.”

“Do not order from here disgusting service . They are theifs they do not refund you or own up to their mistakes . The set was all mixed up no fixings were given or any fittings disgusting service”

“Extremely satisfied with our purchase! The bed is a great value for the money—well-packed, with ample storage space, and has the width of a king-size bed. The mattress is a bit on the firm side, but it’s perfect for us. The customer service was top-notch—responsive and supportive throughout. The delivery was seamless, and the delivery man was not only friendly but also went above and beyond by carrying our bed up to the second floor without a single complaint. Highly recommend!”

“I have bought sofa bed and kitchen from Heze. Very Good quality kitchen and excellent customer service which helped me complete my kitchen project. The sofa is of a very high quality, very comfortable and the delivery service was superb. I would really recommend this company as the service we received was excellent.”

“Ordered Ruston round table , was worried as didn’t hear anything for nearly 2 weeks but Heze eventually got back to me and table was delivered when they told me it was ! Table ok , thankfully I have a son that could put it together with very mineable instructions, not sure how this table will last especially if food or drink is spilled we shall see ! Its ok but not great”
