“We spent ages looking at various beds in boxes for our new home and found it really difficult to choose which one to get. We’re so glad we chose Hugge! The mattress is firm but not hard like a sprung mattress. I’ve had bad experiences with memory foam in the past where I felt like I was sinking into the bed too and this has never happened with this mattress. It’s amazingly comfy; it absorbs any movement from your partner and so far hasn’t been too hot. We followed up by purchasing the pillows too and they’re also amazing! Really supportive but forgiving and soft as well. The biggest decider for me was the customer service. Chatting to Hugge on Facebook messenger was super easy and they’re were brilliantly helpful, responding quickly and usefully to all my questions. They also offered to deliver the mattress that same day in the evening as we live locally, which was amazing! One thing that would have been useful to know is the depth of the mattress - it’s very deep so we’ve had to buy new deep fitted sheets as our others won’t fit. But these are widely available so hasn’t been a problem. Overall a fantastic mattress that I just love sleeping in, best pillows ever, and excellent service!”

“I never realised how much difference a good pillow can make until I bought a Hugge one a couple of months ago. It took a few nights to get used to (mainly because I'd had my old pillow for so long!). Now it's perfect... Just firm enough - just soft enough. It's awesome. Now wondering if my old mattress needs replacing with a Hugge one.”

“The Hugge mattress is very comfortable and allows us to have a good nights sleep. It’s not as hot as our previous (memory foam) mattress. Delivery was efficient and timely, and it actually came more quickly than expected. We received two free pillows with our mattress - unfortunately we both find them a bit too firm, but that’s just personal preference and they’re good quality pillows which we’ll use in the spare room and will probably try again at some point.”

“really sleeping well as is my husband - although he is still snoring! super comfort. no roll.very happy. pillows not so comfortable for my use, buts that's ok. main thing was the mattress.”

“Well I’m 2 weeks in now and the mattress is superb. I’ve never had serious back problems but regularly woke up with lower back ache which lasted an hour or so, and from the first night this has disappeared completely! Not sure I agree about it being really firm, but it’s very supportive. I tried a Simba in John Lewis and in my opinion the Hugge is softer than the Simba and more similar in feel to the Tempur that was on display next to the Simba (at twice the price). It’s not easy to choose from all the mattresses of this type on the market at the moment, but I’m 100% happy with the Hugge and very happy with my choice.”

“We had have our mattress 5 nights and so far we love it 😊 waiting for pillows to arrive also .... feels strange to start with but haven’t woken up with any back pains since it arrived !!!!”

“This mattress is softer than the Simba. It takes time to adjust to this type of mattress compared to a traditional spring but we are starting to wake up with less back pain compared to our before mattress. The cherry on the cake is the service provided by this company. Paul made our purchase experience easy with a friendly and honest approach. Highly recommended.”

“Great customer service and excellent communication before during and after the order. We purchased the mattress, protector and pillows and from the first night we’ve had the best sleep ever! I often get too warm and wake up during the night, no longer an issue.My husband would would often wake up with a sore neck, since switching the soreness has gone. Feel refreshed in the morning. Would highly recommend.”

“Firstly let me mention the nightmare of trying to choose betwen all the box mattress brands available now. We happened to be able to try the eve mattress in next, and it was solid. From other reviews the simba is available to try in john lewis. But reviews said its also very firm. We like a medium mattress. So we decided to try the hugge because it was a huntch and there was another review on the website about it being a nightmare to choose, and what they had tried and not liked. This was enough to sway me. All in all the mattress has been great, took a few weeks to get used to. But its very soft, squishy but supports also. My partner suffers from sciatica and wakes up ith bad cramps down one leg. He hasnt had it at all since using the hugge mattress.”
