“I have been attending Lichfield Centre for many years and have been looked after by Craig who is always welcoming and supportive! As I am nearly 90 years old sometimes I find it a struggle to get there! My hearing in both ears seems to be deteriorating so I must keep making the effort!”

“The young lady who visited was very helpful and courteous she gave me several tests and explained the results, apparently my hearing is borderline but she agreed I can manage satisfactorily at the moment.”

“The Audiologist was very pleasant and explained things well. I was quite satisfied with the information I was given. The reason for not taking up the offer was the price, I did not wish to pay so much. I learnt there was a smaller cost from the girl on the telephone, but the audiologist did not mention this.”

“The hearing test was carried out proficiently and the options were made clear with respect to the choice of appropriate aids. The cost of the recommended aids were much higher that the competition so no purchase has been made.”
