“Very thorough hearing test. The gentle man that came was very knowledgable, and pleasant. He wasn’t pushy at all and left us to decide what we wanted to achieve.”

“The Consultant excellent .Knowledgeable and sympathetic. I was mislead by your adverts saying Pensioners flocking to see the new Aids as this would suggest they were affordable.UK£5000.00 for me is expensive.I think if I had had any idea of this cost at the outset, and believe me I tried on telephone to get costs....I would have saved you a lot of time.”

“The explanations were v clear,he was v. Patientwhen I obviously didn't quite understand & repeated instructions in a slightly different way until I did.however I feel a written paper with pictures showing exactly where things should be put would reduce my anxiety I was doing tHings wrong.I am still not confident over changing things,yet feel I need to clean etc.”

“Paul explained so much about hearing loss and how it could be corrected. I'm disappointed that there was no follow up call from him. I tried to call him many times at the number on his card and got busy or no answer or out od service or out of range messages. Very strange. Anyway I'm off to Canada for 6 weeks and will check out what is offered there. I feel certain that GBP5500.00 is too high a price.”

“The lady was very patient and helpful throughout the consultation. She seemed to appreciate the difficulties I was experiencing. She gave me confidence to go forward. Unfortuntely booking a GP appointment is not as straightforward.”

“although I consider I hear well for my age, after being given a rather thorough inspection, I was advised I have substantial hearing loss. I have known for a very long time that one loses reception of higher frequencies as time passes, but apart from some soaps on tv, where they talk in stage whispers at times, and also have background music a lot of the time, I didn't think I had a real problem. Apparently with the loss of high frequency reception, I lose some consonant sounds, which accounts for the apparent mumbling. With a 60 day trial period. I should be able to tell if the hearing aids are able to help me with this. I can't think of a reason not to give it a try”

“Once it was sorted who was seeing me I was dealt with by Sam in his usual friendly manner and hopefully he will be able sort out my 'spare' hearing aid to be used in my other ear at the next session. JOH PS: The stand-in Receptionist that afternoon was good, being friendly and helpful.”
