“Visited JAMES Huxtable for a hearing test at local doctor’s surgery. He was very professional and friendly . He helped me to understand what was causing my poor hearing ie wax but there was no pressure to try to sell to me which I was expecting. A pleasant visit. Thank you”

“Hidden Hearing are very helpful especially the dispenser James Huxtable. He spent a lot of time trying to get me a better hearing experience, but unfortunately he was unsuccessful mainly due to the app not working as it should. Understandably they insisted full payment before the trial began. I ended it several weeks ago and gave back the hearing aids to the dispenser but am still awaiting my refund which is probably again the interest. £3688 is a lot of money not to get back. Beware before trusting them with this sort of commitment.”

“Very professional service by the audiologist well over an hour. Trialled a pair in store which were top of the range of course . Very impressed with the product. Requested and given their price list with no hard sell at all. Research back at home determined what was being offered . Compared on line . The price exceeded the manufacturers retail price by 1.5 k . Did not need all the tech on the expensive version so opted for lower spec . from same manufacturer . HH price 4k Sourced price 2.4k with enhanced warranty for identical product. Brilliant service at the front end and would have gladly supported them but not at that price!!”

“My mum had a hearing test in Glasgow yesterday high pressure salesperson pushed her to spend over £4000 on hearing aids on FINANCE she is 80 years old with significant sight impairment the person would not discuss cheaper options until the follow up appointment was cancelled today offer dropped to 2800 seriously that is an old person being conned will absolutely not recommend dreadful experience”

“I saw Wendy Green at the Loughton, Essex branch. She was a lovely person, very understand with my anxiety and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Got my ears completely clear in two visits, I have no hesitation in recommending her.”

“Responded to an offer for a basic CIC unit at £250 and explained that was all I needed when I booked. I repeated, several times, that all I wanted was a basic unit but the first thing offered was a pair at £5000! The audiologist wasn't even aware of the offer even though his name was on the letter that advertised it. They asked that my wife attended but she sat there and wasn't needed after taking time off work. All they do is upsell overpriced units, try Specsavers.”

“Lee Gasgoyne did the procedure to remove wax from my ears, he was polite, informative and helpful at all times. There wasn't any wax in my ears actually but he took me throught the next chain of events. I would certainly recommend him to friens or family.”

“Hidden hearingin lytham st annes is absolutely brilliant I went for an appointment this morning, I was shown straight in, the lady who did my ear wax removal Diane cole, was very professional and reassured me that everything was alright, everything went very smoothly, I would recommend hidden hearing to anyone who is having hearing problems.”

“I purchased my hearing aids 6 months ago and am extremely pleased with the improvement in the clarity the aids bring. An added bonus is my tinnitus is reduced substantially while wearing the aids. The after sales service is second to none and Shaun Samuels is a leader in his field of expertise. I would happily recommend Hidden Hearing and Shaun to anyone wishing to improve the quality of their hearing.”

“It is absolutely impossible to get a reply when telephoning Hidden Hearing. Why? I need to make an appointment. Why do you ALWAYS have the message 'unable to take your call'? In my opinion such management cannot belong to any efficient service. Yet again, I have left my 'phone number. Marguerite Evers.”

“I am a Hidden Hearing Customer and looked after by the Horsefair Street, Leicester branch. One of my hearing aids was damaged. I visited the branch to arrange a claim on the insurance policy expecting that I would lose the aid whilst the repair was carried out. Full marks to Emma who arranged a repair by the Dispenser the next day. Emma showed great initiative and customer service skills. Top marks and thanks Emma!!”
