“Horrible service from HiFi Corp
Placed my order online on the 11th March and it's the 23rd today and I still haven't received my order 👎👎 customer service is pathetic”
“I bought a TV from Springfield branch and salesman told to take out extended guarantee few months later it broke it takes them time to collect each time almost plus minus 2 months it broke now forth time ND my sister having problems wid tv again more than week not picked up the manager don't want to answer his calls ND to return call the service department Kady says that she can't transfer me to manager but will give him message and he don't care to call me I had faith and as a customer read reviews about you guys was best but my situation that my sister is experiencing it is the worst and did not expect this from such a recognized company with a good reputation to do this to me the staff ND management is terrible ND don't help wid situation I want them to replace tv wid another brand or to refund me the price of tv I paid with the extended warranty I took out plz help I can't get help from your useless management team in Springfield Park wer I purchased tv ND your saleman convinced me to buy that brand ND to extend warranty ND she got grandchildren who like to watch TV each time tv goes for repair it be like 2 months for them to pickup ND repair it ND return children don't understand this to be widout tv so long each time because they don't give a loan set can u plz respond to me urgently O844791111 my number so I no wat is happening to help my sister in this situation”

I visited Hi Corp mabopane for shopping the experience was so bad as the store manager was addressing his employees in a very rude and bad manner infront of customers.,as a custome was very much troumatised as I did not expect such a senior person in store could behave like this and treat ather being so bad or maybe it's an racial issue other race undermining or disrespect.
I expect a true professional leadership from him.,disrespecting employees infront of customers was very wrong of him,and I wish this matter could me attended and addressed as we can't have leaders who talks and addresses issues by anger and disrespect.

“Hi fi corp Bloemfontein has really disappointed me.i am still waiting for my phone Nokia that I bought last year and returned it few days after I bought it because it was faulty.
I made series of follow ups trying to find out what the problems was and there was no straight answer even after I submitted a first review online and store manager responded yet I'm still without a phone.”
“I am putting another review for my refund now. No one is getting back to me for feedback I did send my statement as proof of payment but still no one is assisting. I was speaking to a lady called Portia Nkayi. She first asked for proof of payment and sent her the transaction and she said no she wants bank statement, gave her the statement and she never replied. “I ordered a dishwasher online, I had to keep expediting delivery of which I was eventually told that they did not have the order in the system. I was then told there was no stock but there was one on the floor with a slight scratch on the top. 2 weeks later, I was called by the couriee, half past 10 at night requesting that hecould deliver. Obviously I declined, another week later it waa delivered to my son and daughter, a wedding present. How embarrassing, they sent me fotos, looked as if the dishwasher had fallen off the truck. Took another 2 weeks, they eventually collected the dishwasher, still waiting for my refund.....phone calls and no performance, I have always bought from HI Fi Corp, but they will never see me again...”
“I would highly advice people not to but from Hifi Corp online. When you are calling to track your order no one is willing to assist. Their tracking system is not working properly, it told me my order was shipped meanwhile it’s still with the store. Now I want my money back let’s see how long that’s going to take”

“Dealing with Hifi Corp has been nothing short of a mediocre experience. It's as though no one knows or cares about what they are doing there. It took 6 weeks of logging customer queries with them where I was either told they would come back to me and never did or I was given yet another contact number to call to have my query resolved. One would expect that a complaints department would resolve the matter internally and provide a solution but even they were of no use.
3 weeks of back and forth calls and messages did not yield any positive outcome. I then visited the Clearwater Mall store, where I had to go for the 9th time over another 3 weeks before we could get anywhere with placing an order for the item I had been trying to purchase for 3 weeks. They then had to order the item. I received the item about a week and half later. Now it's been another 2 weeks of logging calls for assistance as the item I bought is supposed to have a charger but it did not come with one. All in all its been 9 weeks of trying to make one successful purchase and putting this matter behind us. I have written to their compaints department again and it's been over a week. I have heard nothing from them.”
“HiFi Corporation Secunda.Terrible customer service. It is an effort to assist customers. I've been there twice and experienced this poor service each time. I felt unwelcome. Cashier was unfriendly and hardly communicates with customer. Another stands by the till but doesn't even assist customers. Manager unfriendly but tried to assist. Will never do business here again.”
“Online sales will take your money just to inform you after nearly a week that they do not have stock.
To then get your money back is impossible. They keep on ignoring requests for a refund. Still no refund received after 2 weeks of requests.”

Numerous emails to Hifi corp resulted in no response from anyone. I finally chatted online with an agent with the result that Hifi corp would investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund. I will NOT be purchasing from them again”

“Returns is the worst services more especially when you have bought online. Never again will i be buying at HIFI, whether online or just their store. Worst worst worst experience when logging a dissatisfaction about their product.
Bought a bed last week, its just displaying in my bedroom cos i logged complain about the bed so i was advice not to use it. Thinking it would be resolved within a week, mxm kokae, still today no feedback and the bed is still sitting gathering dust in my room.
Aishame, worst worst experience and service, when u call they even drop the phone whilst you're still speaking, rudeness and attitude on top of the bad service they are rendering to their clients.”
