"Hi fi corp Bloemfontein has really disappointed me.i am still waiting for my phone Nokia that I bought last year and returned it few days after I bought it because it was faulty.\r\nI made series of follow ups trying to find out what the problems was and there was no straight answer even after I submitted a first review online and store manager responded yet I'm still without a phone."

"Don't buy a tv from Hi-Fi corp they have no after care service. Mine was booked for repair on 27\/06\/2023 and until today 14\/07\/2023 nothing happened. I received a message this morning that it is resolved and when I phoned to let them know that it is not the lady said I must hold on and just dropped the call.\r\nDon't buy a tv from them."

"Good day\r\nI had the worst experience of my life with an insurance claim and service delivery. With insurance I asked for a debit card because you can choose between this and a gift voucher. On the list where I can use my card from insurance was Hifi Corp - the nearest to me was Secunda. At first I called and spoke to a lady which told me that they do not except the card and I asked for the Manager he did not want to speak to me and I heard what he told her that she must tell me that they do accept the card. I asked the lady to take my stuff and keep it as I will drive through the next day to pay and fetch it. On 05\/07\/2023 I drove through to Secunda. I went to the store at 14:15. At first everyone was lying on the counters not assisting anybody and not acknowledging me. So I clapped my fingers and asked sjoe you guys theres no client service here..I asked for Dudu who was extremely friendly and helpful and called me on my name as she was very friendly. I then paid for me tv and during this time another lady was at the till and she went on lunch while busy with my transaction. When Dudu tried to log in the computer was locked so they tried calling the cashier but could not get hold of her and the computer at the till is locked. I had to wait for her to come back from lunch to be assisted. At 16:19 she came back and I could finish the payment then they needed the tv license which was sent through to my phone from my son who is staying with me in my house. Then they could not print the copies because their system is very slow keeping me waiting. Eventually they printed the ID. Only then did they tell me that the tv must be opened by them to scan with me for scratches, or any faults. This happened at 16:45. Then the box was sealed again and I reqeusted the lady at the till to apologise to me and if not I am going to report her she did not and just glared at me, I requested again and she kept on glaring so I told her I am going to report her and I am a secret shopper. She was on her cell during this time. Dudu took it upon her to apologise to me in a very respectful manner and I salute her for that. Then me and Dudu had to carry a tv, soundbar and an airfryer on our own to my car. I am 63 years olf. All the other personal just stood and looked at us. Please if this is the way clients are being treated you are loosing a lot of clients. There was another lady whom nobody assisted she looked at me and only shooked her head. I then asked her it I may assist her- did this in order to wake up the personal- all but Dudu whom was busy with me. They did not grasp the terrible situation and carried on with what they were busy with. I could not see he name but I took a photo. Please sort this out. This was terrible client service and I am very very disappointed with the attitude. Dudu was excellent. I can send you a photo of the lady sitting down if you would need that."

"since i bought this phone last november it has been giving me problems is the extend that i had to return it to my nearest store after 3days of use but i never got helped i went to my nearest shop multiple times but still i called and called nothing emails nothing i regret buyin my phone from your store and my money wasted"
