This is still far too slow. An option to read quicker or skip would be appreciated.

The training was quite slow, I didn't find the voice over to be very engaging. Once I worked out how to change the settings it was better

Good efficient process. Would improve the visuals as many of the photos demonstrate poor manual handling principles and risk assessments

The course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. Assessment was not easy to do on small screen and I was not able to change some of my answers having reread questions

The course was fine. Had big problems with the program yesterday...it kept kicking me off, hence 3 stars. Had to continue and complete this morning.

I found this training provided conflicting advice ie avoid using chain commands then providing examples of them on the next page.

OK but a little disappointed with some of the content, seems to repeat itself.

I thought the content of the course I studied was thorough and relevant. I am not keen on the format and pace of the training, especially when 'reviewing'. I suggest once each module is complete, that the review sections have the timer taken off, or even better, provide learners with copies of all completed slides, enabling pre-test revision at their own pace. Furthermore, copies of PDFs of the content would be very useful to have access to after completing the training if something needed to be checked.

Hello John, Thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you found the content to be thorough and relevant. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print or be provided in a PDF format because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. There is also a risk that learners may refer to the information in the future when legislation has changed unfortunately. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. There shouldn't be any timers throughout our courses, you are able to stay on a page for as long as you want even after the voiceover has stopped. I did get a few questions wrong, however, I did not understand why they were wrong. I did ring your service to check, but it would have been helpful if you system explained why the answers were wrong, as even when I went back to review the section it was still not clear. More simplistic approach would have been preferred on a complicated topic.
