“The course doesn't cater for people who read fast, and the slides stay up for waaaaay too long. 2 hours is too long; 90 mins better.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! “I did find that some of the questions, were worded quite badly, so that when I went back over my notes, the answers did not seem to match the questions correctly. I found that quite frustrating, especially after taking so many notes. Other than that, it a great course. Thank you Dean”

“Some of the subjects were inapplicable for my line of work and I feel that this is unnecessary to be questioned about these subjects maybe a Taylor made approach to different work environments, would be more beneficial For example shop work is very different to a building site !”

Hi Natalie, thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you liked the course content. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Review Course" in the "Completed Training" section, then select "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future.
