Thank you so much for your review and kind words! I was just wondering if you are happy to possibly revise your star rating as 3 Stars, or less, is considered a "Negative Review" and can affect how other customers view our training. To do this, please refer back to the "Congratulations" e-mail that you received when you finished the training. If you re-review the course it will change your star rating. If you'd like any other information, please feel free to contact me directly on 0333 006 7000 or support@highspeedtraining.co.uk. We're here Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. Many thanks in advance and have a lovely day. Abby Eden (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

Very disappointed the certificate does not indicate how many hours the course counts towards CPD

I did consider that there were two answers correct for three or four questions and, being able to select only 'one' box was marked incorrect. For example; The slip question, I was torn between carpet and, uneven ground and answered uneven ground but I suppose the definition is, one is a slip and one a trip. I did however find the course content and, as a refresher to previous courses was very beneficial and, the statistics very enlightening.

Hi Stephanie, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate your comments! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the questions. You are right though, one is a slip and one is a trip and the questions are trying to differentiate between the two. I’m really glad to hear that you did still find the course beneficial and if you ever do need anything in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. All the best! ''The Act does not require the person to be under medical supervision to be protected. So, for example, *a man who chooses to live as a woman but has not undergone any medical procedures would be covered by the Act.'' *a transgender woman who chooses to live as a woman but has not undergone any medical procedures.. A transgender/transsexual woman is not by definition a man. Some of the language used in this course is not correct.

I found the constant update of dialogue very distracting whilst trying to read the paragraph above. Also found spelling error within the content which is unacceptable on a training module.

it wasnt a bad experience at all, I thoroughly enjoyed the modules and the information given was correct, however, the assessment at the end was very poor. For my own confidence I would have welt better answering much more challenging questions to ensure that I add absorbed the information during the course.

Overall the course was 'ok' but nothing i did not already know. My only constructive feedback is in one of the pics on talking to a young person, you show a man with his hand on the shoulder of a young girl. Whilst a re-assuring touch is always good, the pic could also be used to demonstrate grooming whereby an adult zones in on a child who is upset or sad and is showing inappropirate affection. Maybe another phot without the touching?

A lot of common sense information provided did pick up some useful tips but not as many as I had hoped

While I appreciate you cover a wide spectrum, taking 2 hours to listen to the full slide show is annoying taking into account the exam is 10 minutes and basic common sense. If you could abbreviate the slide show a little I may have taken more in as in the end just got feed up.

I thought the course was too long winded. It went on for too long, particularly the introduction to each section.

I didn't have a bad experience... I said it was acceptable. I think the course was really really dull. Everything moved very slowly. However, it was acceptable. It communicated the information in a way that was... fine.

Great course, A little more expensive than others but the course is better. Only thing that I would consider is using cardboard backed envelopes to send certificates out, by the time it hit the doorstep it was in a state - it let down a good company.

Not a lot went wrong but I feel the course could have presented the material faster and in a more imaginative and memorable way. For example: - illustrations or examples of manual handling failures could better highlight the importance of correct manual handling; - mnemonics could be used to help the trainee better remember material from slide to slide; and - animating slides to introduce one point at a time, slowly, is frustrating and irritating for the quick and keen learner - why not let the individual step through bullets at their own pace. Also, I failed the first manual handling assessment v.4 question asking what would prompt a re-evaluation of risks. While I accept employee feedback is one reason, surely failed machinery would also involve re-evaluation if an operation is to proceed with minimal interruption. So - some ambiguity was present in the question and multiple choice answers.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your very in-depth and useful feedback. Our teams are always keen to learn from our users experiences. I have found the question in the quiz you are referring to. I have also flagged your response about the possible answers to the appropriate team, so they can review it. Thanks again for your feedback, it’s highly appreciate!
