It was only a momentary lapse of concentration that meant I didn't get 100%. I just think the multiple choices were too easy by far and that, possibly, a bright 5-year-old could get a certificate. Sorry :-(

The scripts were fine, the linking of principles and the 12 stages helped as it was initially confusing as it did not easily follow. the multiple choice test was maybe too easy as there seemed to be two options that were not applicable.

The course is similar to many others I have experienced and was acceptable, but some of the assessment questions were quite insulting in the multiple choices given.

Several questions didn't load properly. I had to refresh those pages several times. I also don't see why paragraphs loaded with the audio. It took arduously long.

Course was slow to go through slides. After completing the first two courses in demo mode (thank you), and I then bought the course, it gave me a separate log-in which means I had to do the whole course again. I now have three log-in's e.g. ianmilne69@yahoo.com; ianmilne69@yahoo.com1; ianmilne69@yahoo.com2 I did not like explanation on risk assessments, it will not help the person understand hierarchy, best show them one of the many diagrams from elimination to PPE. I would of preferred more helpful information on the different controls e.g. safety nets, fall arrest, lanyards and harness fix points with drop distances - so people understand the concept of work at height and controls to be used not - go find out yourself. I do like the exams though, even though many had to make me think really hard as potential of double meanings. Thank you

I have passed on your comments to our content team who audit the courses regularly, they will look into expanding on explanations and perhaps including some diagrams which could benefit future users. With regard to the demos, if you purchase the course while signed into the demo through the links, it will unlock the rest of the course for you. If you are not able to do this, you can always just call us and we can link them together for you, that way you do not need to complete the first part of the course again. The system will always create brand new logins for new purchases in case you are buying for someone else. I did notice that you advocate the use of "coloured chopping boards" but show that its OK to cut fish on a white board!!!!

Levels were easy to go through however when I came to the questions at the end I had to restart a couple of times, not sure if it was my laptop playing up or the questions, selected an answer and the screen froze and then chose a totally different answer!

You just need to go back into your account after completing the course, and you will see the option to download your certificate. I have emailed you a copy of your certificate for your convenience. Bonjour Karen, Thank you for your review and comments. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. I always find that writing down information as you go is a great way to help you retain the information! Just in case you didn't know, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in (with your login details) and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. i dont feel like online training is a great way for me to learn to my full potential. I would have preferred to have had someone come and talk to me with reading material so they could answer any questions I have and also go a bit more into depth and explain things a little clearer. It was also quite a dull way of learning and didn't keep me interested in any way.

The course had enough basic information. But my main concern is that every single photo used to portray a moving and handling situation showed really poor people manual handling. I am not sure if this was on purpose or not. Either way, if this is a new subject to people, they may look at those pictures provided as a source of reference. Every single one of them had poor and dangerous practice being shown.

There were a number of anomalies and conflicting advice given in the training session which I undertook as an opportunity of a refresher. For example, under Goal setting - struggling employees would not be working at level 5. Performance management/disciplinary is completely separate from performance appraisal and issues of poor performance should be addressed at the time not addressed after waiting for the appraisal date. Utterly confused as to why you would introduce understanding disciplinary procedures at all during this training.

question 19 is very ambiguous as an employee would have more knowledge within their work environment whatever their age or physical state than a person who is coming into the work environment for potentially the first time.
