The system kept freezing and the next question wouldn't load. However this also happened during the final test. Luckily when it did come back it had gone back to front page and the saved my progress. But It was very frustrating.

I know but the problem is not with coarse , I haven’t received my certificate that’s all thank you for everything

Difficulty of assessment out of step with the course content - some questions based on minor pieces of information which are not given much (if any) importance in the course slides. Would be more useful if the course could be tailored to the specific individual company's anti-bribery policy.

The Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! I think the time taken was underestimated, I could not see the documents on the links (might be an internal issue) please can you send me these documents, the programme kept making me reload when I left it for a while.

Some of the information is out of date i.e. - 1. Applying for a statement of SEN . This is now an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). 2.SA & SA+ is now referred to as SEN Support (K) 3. The LEA funding the Educational Psychologist. This is now funded by the school A lot of useful info as well

some of the information on this training session is now out of date as in regards to the fact that you can no longer get statements and that these are now called EHCP. Also the LEA no longer cover the cost for these tests. apart from this the I have found the rest of the course very helpful and informative.

I felt that the exam contained several questions with ambiguous "correct" answers. There were multiple times where it could be argued that one or more of the options provided might be correct.

there was a lot of very interesting information throughout the modules, with a considerable amount of up to date inforation and legality information , however the final exam is quite laughable as there is very little of the pivatal information questioned in it.. i myself got tow questions wrong in your exam, due to myself misreading the quesions. i have completed previous level 2 exams using other companies and they have a 48 question exam to prove your knowledge and use less tactifull questions to catch people out... all in all i would rate your version of the he course 7/10.... however i am happy that i passed kind regards.

We really do try and make our training as accessible as possible for all of our learners. The main aim of our end assessments is to make sure the learner has taken on all of the information in the course, and we don’t want to catch anyone out with complex questioning but we do try to test the learners knowledge. When answering incorrectly on the assessment, towards the end I should be able to know where I went wrong and why. A quick explanation would help me to understand and learn from it.

In the final section of the training under employee responsibilities it implies amongst other duties that it is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that there are sufficient staff numbers. Surely this should be the responsibility of the employer as employees do not have control over this?
