“Do NOT use this company - they take your money, leave you with systems that don't work and NEVER answer the phone or emails. We have been left with batteries that don't work, a thermostat system that keeps uncoupling from the heat pump and shoddy work outside which we cannot get anyone to fix. It's a disastrous company - I am currently trying to find out if they are still trading as all their numbers come up as incorrect. If I could give them minus stars I would.”
“We have obtained a CCJ against High Star Energy Ltd. These fraudsters have set out to deceive. Trading standards were helpful in telling us we are not alone and that deposits taken by these people for works have been in fact pocketed by the Directors.
We have traced one Director Mr Jason M Pinnock to a residential property and will be pursuing him directly. A registration connected to him being KS10 XJZ.
We are also seeking the office manager Aimee Walshe or Wash who has been facilitating this scam and unlawful practice and is complicit in this boiler room operation.

“The sales pitch is good . The installation was on time but the removal of waste and packaging was much delayed and frustrating . The firm that installed the system (MEC HUMBER) left a LOT OF MESS and 2 of the radiators are not level .
Within 7 months needed repair and replacement controller and it is IMPOSSIBLE to make contact .The engineer had to travel from Somerset to us in York They DO NOT reply to calls or emails . COMMUNICATION is NON-EXISTANT . Had to wait over 2 weeks and still no help so contacted a local engineer who came next day . HSE had better foot the bill .”

“I had storage batteries installed in September 2021. They worked for 2 months, then failed. Since December I have been trying to make contact with High Star Energy but they will not answer emails or letters, including recorded delivery letters to the directors. Telephone calls go to voicemail and are never answered. Customer service is non-existent with High Star Energy.”
“The company fitted the Air Source Heat Pump in 2 days as expected. However the programmer supplied did not work from day one leaving me with no heating from 8 am to 6 pm. A lot of mess was left after, including the packaging which stayed on my front driveway for nearly 10 days. After telling them of the problems 2 fitters were sent but still the system didn`t work. another fitter is coming tomorrow. I would not recommend this company. After sales service is very poor.”
“This is the last company you want to work for. I worked for this company for months on a promise of fabulous commissions once the installation has been completed. However, this is not what happened, once you have completed the work they will not pay you. You can not het hold of anyone at this company, Aamar and Jason will ignore your calls. I am not an isolated case, from my training with this company all 3 of my colleagues no longer work here. Would highly recommend looking for a job elsewhere.”
