“Stay away. Purchased a Hikeit XS. Still has not been posted after 4 days. Cannot get a reasonable answer on its where about and have rung them many times with no response and no one answers the phone. Absolutely appalling.”

“When it works is great,but when it fails they give you no support. To compare the my wife has one from a different company, when hers failed they replaced it over night.”

“Recently fitted a Hike it xs to our Jeep Grand Cherokee worked good for the first month although quite hard to select the best mode tried most of them settled on cruise mode 7, but today my wife was driving the car home and it went into limp mode throwing a warning light say throttle control service required so had to go rescue her and disconnect and hey presto the car starts now and drives like it used to. Not worth the trouble you will have and could be dangerous in traffic, looks like it's going in the bin what a waste of money!”

“Purchased XS Hike it throttle controller for my 2022 Nissan frontier and it works perfectly. No check engine light, performs like is advertise. I’m very happy with it. The price and the performance of this product it much better than most of the other throttle controller out there.”

“I bought two of these hikeit x9, one for my vehicle and one for my brother, my brothers went on limp mode while towing a caravan about 2 months ago and now mine has done the same. I do not recommend.”

“Sent them an email about the unit been faulty and making my vehicle code and go into limp mode. No response. I have now left message on their phone but don't expect a call back. When the car coded I was overtaking, very dangerous.”

“Absolute joke experience. Bought their junk product and it sent my car into limp mode with numerous errors. I emailed them, no reply... called their office and left messages... no response. Finally resorted to Facebook messenger and it took a day but I got a reply. Was sternly told that 'you're not our only customer' and offered zero solutions. Promised email responses, nothing arrived. I started posting negative comments on FB and the scumbags blocked me! I now have zero resolution and a JUNK product. Great service that!!! Their website is lies as well... the only post the 5 star reviews. I posted similar to this and amazingly it isn't on their reviews. Save yourself the hassle.... buy from anywhere BUT this mob.”

“This is a scam. $118 for X9 black plated. On their hikeit.com website. I ordered one for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK. It would not take payment after setting up account. So, I emailed them. Got an automatic email saying they will get back to me. Never did. Sent multiple more emails. Never responded. A week later went back to hikeit website tried to login on account said password is wrong. So, sent a request to change it. Says passwords don't match. B.S. So, I setup a different email. Same thing happened. I was trying to save $55 on their website instead of on Amazon. Says it ships out of Grapevine, TX warehouse. Contact # is in New York, NY. So, total B.S.”

“Icing on the cake! I've enjoyed my Diesel Mondeo but thought the throttle response was it's worst feature. I got the X9 and this has improved the driveability, feel and response of the car instantly. Easy to install and the multiple options allow for different driving styles. This is the best, I'd 100% recommend.”

“This is a total SCAM! Communication is going super-fast until you pay for a product. After that, they start making up some lame excuses (transaction on hold, flood, power outage, etc.). In the end, they stop communicating, keeping your money without sending the product you paid for.”

“Ok so I received mine about 6 months ago and I finally had a day to fit it which took all of 4 minutes, the initial response to putting my foot down was being sent back into my seat the instant power on demand is brilliant. Great product thank you. MN 2014 Triton 2.4 T/D Manual.”

“hi,fitted the hikeit x9.with the tillix valve & needle kit.massive increase in throttle response down low where i wanted it for towing the van.fuel saving increased from 6.89 k/ltr to 8.69 k/ltr .very happy.well worth buying.thanks guys.”

“Applied to Toyota prado, results are unbelievable like driving a different car. Always thought prado was a nice car to drive, now it’s a nice beast to tame. Have an IDrive in my hilux and this surpasses all expectations with more features and excellent warranty. Highly recommend.”
