This is a scam!! I ordered my product mid March and still have not received my order. It kept telling me I would receive it week of ... and now I can’t even check the status because it takes me to some Shania Casias page to subscribe to that has nothing to do with Hipsline. I can’t believe I spent money on something that obviously I won’t receive. Total SCAM!!

0 stars from me! I also got dooped Into this scam! And the worst part, I bought 3 of them thinking it would give me and my daughters something fun to do together while quarantined. I have had my hours cut and still wasted money on 3 of them just to give us some bonding time. Wow was I the stupid one. Sadly these people have no conscious and are taking advantage of people during trial times. The website is not even there anymore!

Hipsline is a SCAM!!! You cannot contact a customer service rep nor call them. You cannot even track your package with the order number given in your confirmation they send by email. I’m really upset with these people. They have nothing better to do than to scam customers.

Hipsline is a scam. I intended on purchasing one exercise equipment from this company on Sunday 2nd February 2020. I accidentally pressed the "purchase" tab a second time immediately after making my first purchase. I then notified them a few minutes after when I realised that I accidentally made a second purchase. They replied stating that they cannot cancel or give refunds on items that are on sale. I asked if an exception could be made based on the circumstance that I reported my error before they even shipped the item. They responded apologizing for the inconvenience but still stated that they could not cancel the order nor reimburse me. The packages were suppose to be delivered between 17th February and 25th February 2020.By the 2nd March, I had to send them a message informing them that I did NOT receive my packages and that I was generally disappointed with their service. They only responded to my disappointment with their service on 4th March 2020. I then had to reply asking them to address my delivery issue on 4th March 2020. They replied on the 11th stating that it should have been delivered already and that I should contact my postal office. I contacted there before I sent the email inquiring about my package because I could not believe that it would take that long. When I checked the tracker on the site it is still stating "on the way" and at the bottom "we're sorry for the delay". Today is Wednesday 1st April 2020 and I still have not received my packages. I am feeling like they stole my money. I was scammed.

Ordered a Pilates bar from these people at the start of February and got a shipment notification within two days. Still hadn't received the order by mid-March, so emailed them for a refund. Got a really vague 'we're experiencing a lot of tickets' email that didn't address my query, but from benefit of the doubt I waited another week, and the order still didn't arrive. Tried checking the order status only to find out that the tracking code was 'not found' – so Hipsline have taken my money but deleted my order. Will be contacting my bank company to get a refund. It's still amazing that there are companies out there in this day and age defrauding people so blatantly like this. To add insult to injury, they refuse to refund you with the false excuse that your order has 'exceeded the refund time as per [their] refund policy'. When you try to dispute that [because how can a refund period be applied to something you've never received?], they deliberately ignore your messages. Again, if you've had the misfortune of dealing with Hipsline and don't receive your money back, take it up with your bank instead. Safe to say – DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIPSLINE.

HIPSLINE™ Pilates Bar - Do I have to wait another 51 days for the missing DVD? My item took 51 days to arrive after and tracking still said February 9th to 14th. 29th January had my email to state order confirm it will be shipped shortly, tracking showed it was supposed to arrive between 9th - 14th February, i have it until 20th February and nothing. I chased via email standard response. Once 30 days had passed I requested a refund under the Consumer Regulations Contracts and they advised their terms state you cannot have a refund if anything purchased in the sale. I asked them to send me a hard copy showing where this is, as I couldn't find it but they kept sending md the same link for the terms and saying "read it". I've sent screen shots of the only refund part I could find and still nothing. I had an email 10th March stating "a shipment was on its way, checked the tracking via this link and this was the real date the item was sent. So it was never on it's way or sent before 30days had elapsed. The item arrived today and what do you know, there is no DVD with it, as advertised.
