ordered on line the end of April. They changed the order date to May 2. They said ship date was May 4th, which didn't happen. DHL will not allow me to track. 3 emails to customer service yielded no results. Reps didn't seem to care and they haven't even bothered to return my 3rd email. I will NEVER ordered from them again. EVER. Customer service sucks. Bad attitudes. They took my money but won't help me find my merchandise.

Reference To: Store # 540, Mt. Dora, Fl. Employee Sarah, Fabric Department. I want to personally compliment Sarah on her work ethics and kindness. My fabric was backordered for a month. Sarah found out this fabric was discontinued so on her own, she searched other stores to find enough fabric to fill my order. I'm so please there are workers out there to take the extra mile for their customers. As a company you should be very proud of her devotion to her customers. It's about the helpful and kind employees that work there and that's why I continue to shop Hobby Lobby. Thank you, Sarah, again, you get a 5 star from me!!!!

Racial profiling by management and employees. Ease dropping on your conversations and asking personal questions like they know you. Felt very uncomfortable when this older woman start talking to me for such a long time and I didn’t know her. Prices are too expensive compared to other places. Need to hire more people of color and treat them fairly.

Want to give a review on our cashier yesterday at Lufkin, TX store. Erica V was the sweetest most pleasant person. She was efficient and checked to make sure we got sal prices on everything. She was kind and cheerful and made it enjoyable to have shopped there. We truly came away happy and feeling appreciated.

On November 21, 2022 my friend and I went to Hobby Lobby located at 13899 SW 88 Street in Miami, FL 33186 Store #559 The store was packed as expected at this time of year and the lines were long. I had made a Happy Planner purchase last week and this week they were on sale for 40% off and I also wanted to purchase one for my daughter as a gift. The cashier could not speak English at well nor could the manager!! They had the nerve to ask me why it bothered me that she didnt speak English. She is new and so what if she doesnt speak it. This store is on American soil and I an American have lived here all my life. I made my purchases and then the problem really started! She didnt understand I wanted to return my purchase and re buy it at 40% off. she put the items aside and i had to keep repeating that I wanted to repurchase them The manager came over and she could not understand us either. A third employee had to come over and explain what we wanted done. Another employee even chimed in so what if she doesnt speak English, she is new. I as an American can not get hired if I am not bilingual but yet you are hiring and promoting people who dont speak English?? My girlfriend returned her purchases. Her and I vow to never shop at Hobby Lobby again. We are not a bilingual country We are America and the language is English. I kept my purchase because i truly needed it but from now on I will order directly from The Happy Planner Website. You really need to rethink your hiring process This is not Little Havana or Cuba. This is West Kendall in Miami, FL More people need to take a stand and stop supporting theses stores that are so offensive.

Returned dish dry pad have had a few this one after one wash wrinkled could get out said could not return I used it and a mixer that stopped first use and smelt like fire only would give me 10%of what I paid. I didn't expect to get full price of items . I have spent hundreds at this store and this the way u treat your patrons I tell my friends my car automatically goes to your store.ask my friends u say your christian.

Hobby lobby online is beyond inept. Canceled order for no reason, double charged card, wrong tracking number, 10 days to get notified one item is out of stock, lied to about being shipped, now won't issue refund until I get, and then return package! Which they now say I won't receive for another 8 days. Never again will I spend ANY money at hobby lobby, online or in-store. Inept doesn't cover it.

Customer service is terrible. Beware ordering online, if you have any issues they have very poor service & not customer oriented. Losing many returning customers.

I went to Hobby Lobby in Foothill Ranch last week in order to replace some flora pieces in a pretty pot that I have. I was beautifully surprised with a very clean and organized section in the floral department. I was quickly able to locate what I wanted since everything was organized and easy to find. This section was not only clean and organized but also well stocked. Thank you for keeping a beautiful floral department.

Extremely disgusted to see metal letters on one of Hobby Lobby's ads showing "TRUMP." He is a threat to America's democracy and that little bit of subtle endorsement made me decide to never shop there again. Think about it!

6-17-2022 I just left HL returning a heavy mirror and purchasing a larger one. I had the nicest young man, Dominic help unload and reload. You've a great employee in Dominic, young men with his attitude these days are hard to find. Hope he has an awesome time visiting his mother in Washington. Please recognize him and thank him for me. I have always heard that Hobby Lobby were believers in the Lord, I would think that their employees would be a reflection of that...I was wrong. I was shopping in the Greenwood sc Hobby Lobby a week ago and overheard the manager talking to one employee about another employee! Even worse, they seemed oblivious to the fact that people were around and listening. The kind of things that that manager was saying disappointed me so badly that I quickly grabbed my baby from the buggy and left the store. I will probably never go back in that Greenwood Hobby Lobby again.

I have been shopping at Hobby Lobby stores for years and very rarely run into an employee that I can tell truly wants to be there. I asked an employee (Trey) where something was and he stopped what he was doing and took me to the item and was very kind. He made sure I did not need anything else before he left. I was truly impressed, I have never had a Hobby Lobby employee do that for me. Hobby Lobby needs more employees like Trey on their team. Great Job!!

Absolutely awful, terrible terrible terrible. I would never recommend shop there. Maybe find a different craft store or shop online. This was an awful experience! I’m so upset with the outcome.

I was ready to check out. One cash register was busy. I walked to a vacant register at the SAME time as another customer walked up to the busy resister. I was told by one of three employees, all chit-chatting together, that I had to use register one. As soon as I got in line, the employee who refused to help me walked over to the lady in front of me, who came up at the SAME time I did, to come to the other register and she would check her out. I laid my stuff down and left.

My experience with my online order delivery. I received 2 wall decor yesterday (3/31/22). The box was not sealed completely, the box was partially open. Only 1 of the picture was wrapped in plastic, the one that wasn't was slightly damaged ( with paint scrapped off). Dissatisfied!
