My experience with my online order delivery. I received 2 wall decor yesterday (3/31/22). The box was not sealed completely, the box was partially open. Only 1 of the picture was wrapped in plastic, the one that wasn't was slightly damaged ( with paint scrapped off). Dissatisfied!

The Hobby Lobby store recently opened up in Avon I have been purchasing there since that they opened. I recently purchased a can of spray paint the instructions said to stick a screwdriver in the cap and turn it to remove the cap. Upon doing that the complete can of paint completely erupted. All the paint went on my workstation my green mat my floor in my chair and myself. I took the paint back to the Hobby Lobby store and I said I was very unhappy with what had happened and I didn't think it was fair to just get the $3.50 that can cost me. Rather than asking what would make me happy which would have been very little based upon what it happened the manager very matter-of-factly said oh you have to call the manufacturer and deal with them. I explained to him that I had bought it from Hobby Lobby and that's where the problem was and again he never even asked me what he could do to make it right again it would have been very little considering the damage you that done. I feel that these managers are not trade-in customer service they're strictly trained in making money that is the way it felt and therefore I do not need to do any more business with Hobby Lobby anywhere.

I'd leave less if I could. Went to hobby Lobby in Racine Wisconsin on 3/17/22. I operate an Etsy store and Hobby lobby was my go to for basic supplies. Yesterday's Trip was a nightmare. i Asked where certain items were and was ignored, I asked if there was more of a particular items in back was very rudely told that they don't keep stock in the back, I also asked for a price check on an item and wad told by staff, there's no time to price check. It was 1 pm and other than the staff there might have been 5 customers in the store. The few things I did buy were priced on the high end of reasonable. The unfinished wood boxes are now not an item I would buy from Hobby lobby. They have raised prices on several items by as much as 500% or more. Went to Michael's and got treated much better by the staff.

You would think that Hobby Lobby would get with the program and install bar code scanners. I feel so bad for the employees having to try and remember what’s on sale each week and having to group items trying to make ringing up items easier. It never fails that I get overcharged for sale items every EVERY time I shop there. Now that you’ve gotten rid of coupons and insist on the dinosaur cashier ways I’m taking my business elsewhere. Care more about your employees and customers for a change!

Wanna go insane listening to soft Christian jazz while you sift through crappy items marked up way higher than they should be? Go to Hobby Lobby! Unfortunately they are the only place around where I can get my candles and small jars. Not to mention they’re a terrible employer and love misleading the customer (hint: read the sales signs verrrrry carefully, chances are that wall hanging you really like isn’t on sale until next week)

Please read every sale sign CAREFULLY (even if they’re paragraphs long they are not for the merchandise they are hanging all around) because they just put them wherever apparently. I tried to purchase two wall signs off a shelf of ALL wall signs. It had 3, 50% off signs posted on just the side I selected from, (8 signs on the whole thing) so I mistakenly assumed they were RELEVANT to the merchandise they were plastered all over but NOPE that’s just for table top deco according to the cashier...wtf!?! Hang it on the table deco then. There was not one table decoration on any side of that display...So we will just shop online from a company that can post it’s actual prices, ya know an honest one. Sadly I’m not surprised one bit it’s a “christian” company trying to rip people off. Not too mention all their lost looking employees, either that or the ones that don’t want you to ask them anything and glare at you so you don’t. 25+ years as an artist and customer and I won’t be back.

Very disappointed that the front panel of the dollhouse that I received wasn't included in the box. Customer service was of no help, just directing me to call the manufacture. My first and last time using Hobby Lobby!

I went to our local Hobby Lobby to purchase a small amount of fabric to repair my chair. When I approached the counter the employee started to lecture me about "being kind"! Apparently a man who was standing off to my right and not at the counter had been there first. I didn't notice him because my peripheral vision isn't good. I told the man to go ahead but be insisted that I go ahead. Then the employee goes to the rack orders me to step back. Just a really bad attitude! I will never go back!

You no longer have on line coupons. I was told covid hit hobby lobby hard so they did away with them. Really? I went to your store in Ocala Florida and purchased $261 of items for a nursery some of which were not on sale. Got home and hung everything on the walls. The person working the register said that if I brought my receipt back the next week they could check the item number and could adjust the price of the items that went on sale. She said nothing about having to bring the items back in. When I got to the store I was told I would have to bring the items in. Well that cost me around $50-60. Won’t shop there again.

50% off posted everywhere in store. I get up to register & before being rung up. The cashier says you have to pay full price for these items. I said, they were hanging on the end cap with a sign posted 50% off. I was told in small print it is 50% off for table top items. This is so misleading!! Not to mention I stood in line for 20mins or more. I don't care to shop at this store ever again.

Hobby Lobby has great craft supplies, but I am disappointed in their doing away with their 40% off one item coupons. I was already disappointed with their decision to get rid of coupons for teachers, but this latest one may keep me from shopping there ever again.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Cashier would not call for assistance.

I ordered two shelves only for them both to be damaged when they arrived. And the company does not allow exchanges or returns in store for damaged items. And the process for returning online is a serious pain.

So they take away their 40% discount which was horrible considering most of the things I want or need are never on sale. The cashier at the Brooksville store was more focused on just running away and literally took my money and ran; that's AFTER I realized my bill was 75 dollars OVER what it should have been. I had to wave down other people to help me understand why my bill was so high. Well, Hobby Lobby is NOW beginning to do what other retailers do which I absolutely despise- they're flagging items as sale items and THEN when you get up to the cashier it's not on sale. The best part, the person in front of me bought the same item and hers was on sale however mine was not which makes zero sense. Then they wouldn't honor it after we pointed it out. Unless they bring back the Old Hobby Lobby ways I will not be returning and will take my money elsewhere. Shameful considering the amount of money I have spent there time and time again.

They will no longer have 40% off coupon What they may have %off in store May not be what you need. JoAnn still have 40% off plus 20% of total. Not shopping at hobby lobby any longer unless they have percentage off of what I need!!!

Beautiful items, however the Janesville store has the most rudest manager , middle age man, unfriendly, avoids customers, never says hello, and should NEVER have that job in a so called Christian store, he is awful and you need to get rid of him and put him in a kitchen cooking burgers

The employees that work there are very rude. I purchased two Pez dispensers at $1.99 each. With tax that would have been $4.31. So, this is what the girl said I owed. I hand her $10.31. Then she looks at the money and said this is what your giving me. It's $3.98. I told her you said $4.31. She just looked right at me and didn't say anything. And then gave me my change back. No apology. As I guess on those particular items come up as food so no tax. She was very rude. I find a lot of the employees are very rude. And I thought Hobby Lobby was a Christian affiliated store.

Wow! Was in hobby lobby in Panama city, Fl Cashier took issue with me wearing a Biden shirt, made it clear she was a Trump supporter. Also noticed all the folks in there doing inventory or reset were youngish white girls. Not ONE person of any ethnicity other than white in the entire store. Is this just another example of racism in America?
