Brilliant service, both for the departure and arrival leg of my journey.
There was a coach waiting for me on both occasions, which left within a couple of minutes, and when I got back, my car was there waiting for me, in perfect condition, and the key was at reception.
Efficient, friendly service at a decent price, and to top it off, it avoided the ULEZ charge! Fantastic, highly recommended.

Sofitel hotel was very comfortable and convenient for LGW N.and car drop off easy with Maple meet and greet.It went away clean and shiny but on pick up it looked as if it had been driven over a ploughed field and the driver's carpet no better.
It could have been cleaned up a bit in my view before delivery back to the customer and as it stands,they have lost a regular customer.

Helpline for delayed returns just contacts the airport who did not know what to do. When I got to home airport and tried to pay the difference in parking it was trying to recharge me the full amount. Staff at Durham were wonderful, Holiday Extras were useless.
