My passport was lost at the airport I missed my flight can’t get next flight because lost of my passport, asked for voucher not refund so I can use it for my next trip I am a regular customer of holiday extra but they didn’t want to know called the customer service they didn’t help , didn’t issue the voucher simply say sorry I booked the parking for 15 days I can’t recommended mom more

The hotel and parking was great but we were sold a return ticket for the hopper which didn't run early enough for our flight despite being told the time of the flight. We were refused a refund on the grounds that we hadn't checked the times ourselves! The taxi for 10min arranged by the hotel cost£32 and we had to pay again for the hopper on return because we hadn't done the outbound trip. We are out of pocket by £45.

Transfer from airport to hotel didn't turn up, and from hotel to airport driver turned up 3 1/2 hrs early when I asked him to come back later no show again. Received a refund from transfer guarantee but was greatly inconvenienced having to arrange my own taxi.

They charged me twice. Still haven’t heard back or got a refund despite it being nearly a week. Plus, there is a little dent in my car. And your driver moved things around in my car…

Now they are refusing to refund the £81 despite an admission that the contracted service was not available and therefore the contract with me was breached.
