Returned to collect car from Heathrow terminal 3 blue circle meet and greet and inside of car was wet and covered in bird poo. Would not recommend. Avoid blue circle meet and greet!

Premier Inn was a good experience. Comfortable bed, good food and professional check in and check out. Unfortunately Blue Circle was a different story as we had to wait 38 minutes for our car to arrive. This is hardly meet and greet! This is not what we paid for an therefore I would like some compensation. I attach photos from my mobile phone and the exit ticket as proof.

I have used this company before with no problems encountered however this time my number plate was not recognised by the camera at the entrance to parking at E.M.A.. I contacted the parking authorities and was told that the parking had been cancelled for 23-08-2023 and was now from 24-08-2023 even though I had an invoice to the contrary, and would have to pay for an extra day. This was stressful as I now wondered if my booking at the Leonardo Hotel was for the correct date, however this proved to be OK and I recommend the hotel for the meals and cleanliness and proximity to departures at the airport. Whether I receive a refund I have yet to discover.

Traveled on 28th June. Normally we use the aspire lounge, however thus trip we chose the aspire plus lounge, i would definitely recommend paying the extra money for the plus lounge, nicer surroundings. Food & alcohol & soft drinks very good. We will definitely be switching to aspire plus lounge from now on

Manure splattered all over the car on return. See attached photographs Obviously parked in or near a farmers field. Other cars were also covered including a soft top!!

Rated 1 out of 5 stars BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL SELL YOU A… BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL SELL YOU A TRANSFER, PROMISE YOU PICK UP AND DROP OFF IS AT HOTEL, YOU BUY THE TRANSFERS THEN THEY TELL YOU COACH DOES NOT ACTUALLY COLLECT OR DROP OFF AT HOTEL, YOU WILL HAVE TO NAVIGATE UP AND DOWN STEEP HILL WITH LUGGAGE, THAT IS DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISING AND VERY CLOSE TO FRAUD, WHEN YOU COMPLAIN YOU WILL BE TOLD THE ACTUAL TRANSFER COMPANY DOES NOT COLLECT OR DROP OFF AT HOTEL AND HOLIDAY EXTRAS DID NOT KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH HOLIDAY EXTRAS SOLD YOU THE BOOKING AND THOMAS TELLS YOU ON HIS MAIL ON LIVE CHAT, THE COACH COLLECTS YOU FROM THE HOTEL, NEVER FURTHER AWAY, BUT THEN IT IS TO LATE YOU HAVE BOOKED THE TRANSFER AND NO TIME TO BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE, ALSO HOLIDAY TAXIS SELL THE SAME TRANSFER BUT SAY NOTHING ABOUT HOTEL DROP OFFS OR COLLECT, WHEN YOU FINALLY ARRIVE AT DROP OFF, THE COACH DRIVER ASKS DO YOU KNOW WHERE HOTEL IS, OBVIOUSLY NOT, SO HE TELLS YOU IN BROKEN ENGLISH, CROSS THE MAIN ROAD, GO DOWN THE HILL AND THE HOTEL IS 2 OR 3 STREETS DOWN ON THE LEFT, HENCE WE WENT RIGHT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL AND COULD NOT SEE HOTEL ANYWHERE, WE ARE IN OUR 70'S AND HAD TO DRAG THE LUGGAGE BACK UP THE HILL WHERE SOMEONE SHOWED US THE HOTEL!!!! IF I CANNOT POST THOMAS'S MAIL ON HERE HE SENT ME,JUST ASK AND I WILL FORWARD TO YOU!!!

Edit - Don’t be misled by the fact Holiday Extras look like they respond to your complaint. In fact they just reiterate their original response. The voucher can be used for “a smaller range of products”. This in fact means ONE product - the one you originally booked. As I say misleading and in my opinion fraudulent. Avoid. You think you have the option to cancel booking and receive a voucher. It is not made clear that said voucher can ONLY be used at the EXACT hotel you previously booked. So voucher is USELESS unless you are making the exact same trip!! Misleading and fraudulent in my opinion. Will not use again.

Apon return we was informed to contact via two numbers to arrange pick up and was stood there with another elderly couple for about an hour and none of the numbers were working , ended up getting an Uber to the parking place and saw the parking pick up as with was arriving where I was parked so would have been atleast another ten minutes before it got to us , the being later isn’t the problem but not having any contact was , we could have waited in the warm for an hour if we knew .

We purchased travel insurance for 6 upon arrival at our destination in france on 8th April. The payment went through no problems so we were covered, at least that's what we thought. On the 11th april, my little boy, whilst skiing, fell and broke his leg. He received medical treatment, we then start to ensure we can get him home through the insurance company, we were then told that because we were not in the UK at time of taking out the premium, (an unreasonable and unjustifiable term) he was not covered, add to this the company also stated that because we travelled within 14 days, we could not get a refund for our invalid premium. Our little boy is in tears of not being able to get home! Stay away from this company! Had we had known at the time of booking that the insurance would not be valid (simply because we were not in the uk) we would've gone with another company which would have insured us and be able to get our little boy home with no problems. We were told that it was on the eligibility policy, the BMC website itemise their eligibility, this website only itemized the medical history part, yet something that would otherwise invalidate a policy was not clearly highlighted. What's the difference between a fraudster and an insurance company? You know where you stand with a fraudster!

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! If I can, I would give them 0 star. 1. Third party alert! Be aware, if their promotion shows on travel zoo, you clicked and purchased, it means you have purchased directly from Holiday Extra even you don't have an account with them, you can't see your order history for your transaction on Travelzoo. That means you only receive an confirmation sent by Holiday Extra. No order history on Travelzoo and no registered account to check with Holiday Extra. It put you in a very awkward and confining situation. 2. All the information you read from the description make you think their policy is flexible if your trip affected by COVID. Their tickets showing "valid from a certain date". Actually, when your trip really affected by COVID and unforeseen causes, they wouldn't help at all, and don't admit the " valid from" if misleading. 3. Bad communication. When you need to talk to them, you will find the hotline doesn't work. You have to use a on line form, waiting for a reply for 1-2 days. The live chat didn't help me at all, only sent me a link to the on line form. When I explained that I have to talk to someone because it is urgent, I was told I have to use the on line form again because she is not from the department so she can't access the data. How ridiculous was that? I typed in the area I need help with, their live chat could connect me to who it may not concern.
