O motorista compareceu no hotel 3 horas antes da hora combinada, informou ainda que se o transporte não fosse naquele momento, já não seria feito. The driver arrived at the hotel 3 hours before the agreed time, and also informed that if the transport was not carried out at that time, it would not be carried out. Le chauffeur est arrivé à l'hôtel 3 heures avant l'heure convenue et a également informé que si le transport n'était pas effectué à cette heure, il ne serait pas effectué.

I would give no star to this outfit if it were possible. You are better off financially and stress-wise getting a yellow cab if its not too far from the airport. They are complete cowboys who believe they have a licence to print money.

We took a transfer in Tenerife to the Airport. I was very disappointed to find that the taxi did not have the baby seat that we had booked and paid for. We did have a baby seat on our initial taxi journey from the airport to the hotel Allegro Isora. However, this baby seat was really old, and poor quality, and was not rear facing. Im still awaiting my refund and any response at all to my emails.

MY REF: XMMFSE. Complaint submitted on the 16/17th September 2023. On our return after a failed pick up in Nerja Spain. After waiting almost 1 hr in the taxi area where we instructed on our drop off on the 6th September no taxi came to pick us up and we then frantically got a private taxi costing 97Euros just making our return flight within minutes of the gates closing. This was a genuine complaint. We were there waiting they never showed up. Please if we can have our funds returned.

Société à fuir ! Malhonnête, voleur et menteur . Expérience affreuse . Ne passez pas par Holiday taxis pour vos transferts car vous payé une prestation pour rien et en plus vous devez trouvez sur place pour vous déplacer par un autre moyen de déplacement et à vos frais Dossier de réclamation en cours avant prise de cntact avec un avocat.

Book holiday taxi didn’t turn up to right place rang them they told us to book local taxi and keep receipts emailed them when them that was 35 days ago we’ve had no refund and they don’t respond to emails

100% service. 2nd time used & even when I miss read the pickup point at the airport they not only waited they came & found us, my data had ran out during the call & they called me back, even apologised for the confusion when it was my error. They took us over to the correct area & waited with us until the driver arrived. Drivers & team smart suited attire, cars very clean & staff friendly & polite. Thank you for being you Holiday Taxis.

Terrible experience. Had 3 separate reservations, one in Rome, one to get into Barcelona from the ship terminal, and another to pick us up from the hotel and take to the airport. Rome was fantastic. The driver could speak English, which we required, had the appropriate vehicle, and was a pleasure to spend 4 hours with. We booked time between arrival and check-in to look around with our Taxi. The second leg of the trip was terrible. The driver did not speak any English, had a bus rather than a Mini Van to accommodate our wheelchair passenger, and basically took us to our hotel and put us out. We had booked this taxi for 4 hours also with an English speaking driver. Instead of having a leisurely tour of the city, we were dumped in an alley near out hotel. The bus was too large to park near the hotel. There were many phone calls to Holiday Taxi, the local taxi people, and anyone else we were directed to call. WE GOT NO HELP. After 2 hours waiting for our hotel rooms, we went to lunch. On the day we were to depart, we called Holdiay Taxi because our flight was changed. We could not get an answer and were hung up on several times. We were downstairs at the original time of departure and the taxi did not show up. We continued to try to reach Holiday Taxi with no response. We finally got two taxi's from a local company to take our party of six to the airport. When we returned home, we continued to try to work with Holiday Taxi to get a fair settlement. They have sent paperwork, said wait so many days, more paperwork, but no refund on the airport trip that did not happen or adjustment on the bill when the bus was not appropriate for our request and we did not get the service we paid for. My suggestion is to book locally. Your hotel can get in touch with services. You may otherwise be left in our situation and pay $1000 more than you should have.

Do not use this company! They provided terrible and unsafe transportation, and we unresponsive in correcting. They promised to respond to our complaint and never did.

I don’t know what kind of set up this company this is but to me they are a bunch of cowboys we were left stranded on Wednesday the 20th September no matter how much I explained my case and provided evidence of a private taxi back to Malaga airport they have closed my case so it’s their word against mine. They want reporting as they are operating as a bunch of criminals. I’ve read of a few since we got back all saying the same thing..

They work with unreliable partners in Rome We booked and paid prior for our transfer to the airport in Rome. But they didn't show up. We had to take contact ourselves. First there was a lot of traffic and later there was a car breakdown. They didn't want to sent another taxi so we had to arrange the transfer to the airport ourselves.

Return pick up to airport did not arrive, local company did not contact us. Got through eventually after being on hold for 17 minutes to be told driver had car trouble, when asked if they cld send an alternative they ended the call. No one turned up, no one contacted me, had to pay again for local taxi so we did not miss our flight. Complained via email on 10th of May, no response other than automatic acknowledgement. Cant speak to anyone , dont respond to emails, tried the bot and waiting to chat with an agent but still waiting after 20 minutes. Shocking customer service .

Terribly unprofessional, disgustingly rude, and extremely late. We traveled to Amsterdam. With 11 people so we hired 2 taxis to bring us to and from the airport. Upon arrival in Amsterdam we had to wait 45 minutes at the Burger King at the airport before our drivers showed up to bring us the the hotel When we were leaving for the airport, the first taxi claimed they would be 10 to 15 min early. The first taxi showed up 15 minutes late, not early and assured the rest of the group. The second taxi was only five minutes behind him. However, after 30 more minutes, the second taxi hadn’t arrived. So someone in our group called holiday taxi service and asked where is our driver was as we needed to get to the airport. The administration said I don’t know what you expect there’s construction near your hotel do you want us to send you a helicopter? The audacity of the administration when all we were asking Life how long our driver would be and we need to get to the airport hook up to sarcasm with us extremely unprofessional we almost missed our flight! The construction had also been going on in the city for more than a month it’s not like they didn’t know or could’ve planned better to get to us on time. I don’t care if there’s a lack there service ever I would never use them

Just dont use them. Dont know whats gone wrong. Use to be good. Not Now. Customer service . There isnt any. You will be left stranded at your designated airport. Contact numbers not answered. Pick up times if you are lucky can be 6 Hours before departure. That is if they turn up. I used this company at least twice a year. No more. If you book have a back up plan

On return journey we were expected to wait over 5hrs in the airport when the website says 2 1/2 maximum. Only told the evening before the return journey. I called holiday taxis and spoke with 2 employees who said take it or leave it. Couldn’t escalate to manager as told they don’t work weekends. Sent emails but completely ignored, unbelievably poor service

Honestly the worst experience to start off a holiday with. Another passenger took our case by mistake when getting off the bus so when we got to our hotel, our bag was missing. When we told the driver he literally shrugged his shoulders unwilling to help until we pushed it. Driver spoke good English until we gave off, when he then pretended he only spoke Spanish, very very unwilling to help. Finally he gave us an emergency number where we reported the incident and were told they would contact the other passengers that were on our bus and get back to us. Heard absolutely nothing back. Tried phoning again and then hung up on us. After speaking to our hotel reception, they phoned holiday taxi for us and they said they would phone us after 9pm to let us know if they found it. Again heard absolutely nothing back. In the end we had to use our own initiative and rang round some of the hotels we remembered stopping at on the way… WE found our bag at one of the other hotels. Evidently showing that Holiday Taxi had made NO effort to contact any of the other passengers as they had mentioned. I would never recommend this company. Travelling in another country from airport to hotel can be stressful enough without knowing your surroundings, never mind being giving no help or effort to retrieve our luggage

I had booked 4 transfers with Holiday Taxis over a 2 week period. The first at Antalya Airport had a problem even though I was sent confirmation and a taxi voucher. They refused to take me to my hotel (5.00am) and sent me off to find my own way (60 miles). I’m trying to cancel the next 3 prepaid journeys but communication is non existent.

avoid these shysters posing as jet2 they will try and rip you off you book transfers from airport to hotel return put in your flight numbers and arrival and departure times carry on with the booking it then asks for the name of your cruise ship and wont let you go any further until you fill this part in i filled in n/a and carried on to payment holiday taxi sent the voucher but it said i would be picked up at cruise port i tried to ring them but no answer i sent email after email no reply i could only ring and speak to someone 72 hours before travel. they said it would cost me a further £15 i was fortunate to get a full refund if you ring within 24 hours of travel you dont get full refund this is a scam

Do not book with this company. Went to Rome and left waiting at Airport for 60 minutes. Eventually got through to company and a driver turned up and took myself and partner and another couple in car. We paid for private use and not shared. On our return holiday team us cancelled less than 24 hours before departure and said they could not accommodate us!!
